My grandson has to go through 3 hrs infusion treatment for his Crohns and this is go to afterwards not Canes Popeyes Church's or K F C and he says it makes him smile inside and I can't argue.

Love raising canes always a family favorite even though my husband doesn’t like the fact there’s not bbq sauce 😂 still a top place for us to go. Food is good locations pretty busy all the time inside but service is also fast took no more then 5-7 minutes for our 3 combos to come out

I politely asked for my sandwich to be reheated and i waited about 15 mins and I overheard one of the employees say to give me an expired sandwich because I wanted my cheese to be melted on to the sandwich. That just proves to me that the workers could care less about customers and their safety when intaking their food. As a paying customer we deserve to feel comfortable and safe when eating. That was extremely gross and unprofessional. I asked for a simple favor and was patiently waiting for my sandwich to be reheated. That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional

my favorite chic fil a i’ve ever been to! every time we’re up in tucson (which is often), we go here. the food is always amazing and the service is on point. the lobby is always clean and everyone is so friendly. my favorite restaurant <3
The woman working the back who runs the kitchen is AWFUL to her staff.Ive seen staff crying as they leave the kitchen area. I don’t understand how they let someone like her continue to work there. Please just shut up and do your job. I can hear her complaining just from my table. Absolutely disgusting human being. Just know when you get food here, it’s miserable kitchen staff working under this revolting woman. Management needs to do better

I had a catering order placed here this morning , I will be back. The team at the El Con location are all professional, courteous and provide wonderful customer service. Nicole (safety manager), especially helped me out and is very good at her role. She provided wonderful communication and genuine kindness. I ordered an additional item — and they were very helpful to accommodate that last minute. I am very appreciative of their flexibility and understanding of what is needed with catering orders. My order was perfect and executed well. Thank you everyone!
