I've been to about 3 other locations in Tucson and this is one of the better ones. The service was great, food was pretty good and it's usually pretty quiet if you wanna get some work done.

Most Inconsistent chick-fil-a in town. Sometimes the food is fine. Other times the breading is still soggy. Only chick-fil-a I’ve ever gotten soggy nuggets at and its happened multiple times. Slowest chick-fil-a in town.

I never post bad reviews but me and my friend came in and found these weird mystery wood chip like things in our fries. I thought they were just pieces of potatoes but they definitely were not. Much more hard and not brittle at all. Whatever it is it is nasty that it ended up in the fries. Serious health concern finding that in my fries. When we called all they offered was free fries for next time. Safe to say wont be coming back for those. [EDIT] after our second call they’d id end up getting a refund but still won’t be coming back.

Chick-fil-A is always so nice, and they say that being there less than a handful of times because they are not where we live and we rarely get near one.
Today was as good as any of the others and our attendant Phenix, was so kind and helpful. And yes the food was as good as always.

Initially, I went through the drive-thru to purchase my food. We were missing a medium side of Mac n Cheese and so I went inside the store to ask for it. Not one team member asked me if I had been helped. I’m waiting nearby the registers, with a handful of other folks, and each other then were serviced expert myself. It was as if I was on that show, “What Would You Do?” And the associates were asked to not engage with me whatsoever. Despite me standing just right by the registers and the entrance. Despite that I held the door open for them to carry out some food to a car outside.
By the time I had been approached, I was fed up. I asked for a refund and that the food was no longer required. I explained my situation and I was given a few apologies. I understand it was busy and they’re definitely kind to guests. But I wasn’t acknowledged until everyone else had been, dine-in line included.
CCTV could show I was there for quite some time. Next time, I’ll verify if they had, in fact, given me my order.
