It was my first time eating at this facility. It was very busy during my dining in, but we'll be worth the wait. I ordered the chicken strips, and I must say by far the best of any fast food I have tried. I will definitely return to try other menu items. Second time going here I really love this place. The chicken just tastes different than everywhere else makes me wonder how they do that. Staff is always very friendly service is quick and this time I went through the drive-thru and it really didn't take that long. Also had a shake cookies and cream and it was great. I would highly recommend this place to others and will be returning myself.
This Chick-fil-A Has consistently been subpar every time I have visited. Expect to spend an exorbitant amount of time in the drive-through. I had to repeat my order four times over the speaker, and when I got to the window it was still incorrect. They wanted to argue with me that I did not order what I ordered they tried to give me someone else’s food after they already gave me my food . Honestly Tucson Chick-fil-A are a big disappointment I’ve never had a good experience at any of them and I have never had customer service problems at a Chick-fil-A outside of Tucson.

Went there for lunch, ordered 3 meals and 3 brownies, paid, picked up the order and left for home. When I got home, it was discovered they didn't give me 2 of my brownies, I live too far to go back, deciding it just isn't worth it. Never has this happened before, it really surprised me.

Maybe you should retrain the young lady at the counterYounger girl with blonde bottle job.Amazing food, love the decor, we whittling was clean and I believe the manager was cleaning tables and keeping things stocked.
