Placed an order at 9:42 am and arrived at 10:18 for pickup and my order was not ready and it had not been started yet. I waited an additional 12 minutes after being told it would be brought out to me and I went in to find it just sitting on the counter with other orders. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be back!!

2nd time at this particular store. Friendly staff who asked questions about allergies when we ordered waffle fries were meh on their own, but we added salt and ketchup and they yasted great. The original sandwich with american cheese was tender, juicy and delicious, and the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. Tasted good on tje freid and sanwich, alike. My favorite thing is the fozen lemonade, though. That's really good. Like a lemon shake. Yum.
I had the best interaction I’ve ever had at a drive through with your employee Andy. Very friendly and professional, they have a great team there. Angel is also always very friendly, love this location keep up the great work!
