Yesterday I got strips from the drive and it was not hot, and then afterward my girlfriend and I felt nauseous. How long was my food sitting before I was served it?

The people that work here are so rude constantly you can call them and they're just straight disrespectful I tried getting a name for this review but SHE REFUSED to give me it overall sketchy and such bad service

Just made a quick drive thru for lunch while checking off my errando 'to do' list. CFA is always a consistent, tasty and quick meal option (for us).
They seem to worry more about the drive-thru than the people that are in dine-in I had actually plugged my vehicle in for charging across the parking lot my vehicle was fully charged faster than I got my food. They seem to be overwhelmed with drive-thru and doordash Uber eats orders always a challenge for many restaurants but I would say staff heavier during peak times which they do not and as a result this is the review they get

Went through the drive thru last night. And I asked if I can add a small fry and the window.matter already ordering outside, the girl I asked was sweet and said yes, and there was a girl in a blue shirt assuming a manager of some sort, and she looked over at the girl who said yes I can add a fry trying to tell her no I couldn’t, she and I made eye contact and she looked mad and walks away behind a man, says things and signaling to me she was upset she had to pack a small fry, she threw it to the girl at the window with force and it landed on the metal part at the window drive through, I had also ordered grilled chicken nuggets. And she packed up our order, when I opened up the bag, the nuggets were upside down. I don’t know her name but if I knew I’d call and complain about her too

I'm so disappointed. I purchased the chicken noodle soup and there was literally 1 piece of chicken in it. Not much noodles either :(
