First time using Chick-fil-a for catering. From my first interaction with placing my order with the manager Cristina to receiving a confirmation text message from Aubrey the catering manager it was flawless!! After the initial order was placed I received a text message from Aubrey confirming my order and asking if there were any additional items that I needed and if I wanted paper products and how many people we were feeding. The day of pick up worked out perfect. I went right through the drive-through and they had my order ready. It was in this nice reusable catering bag. I got to the house and opened it up and was pleasantly surprised at the presentation, the quality of the products that they use all the way down to cute little Chick-fil-A cow to put out on your table..I’ll be calling again..

There was very little pimento cheese on the chicken sandwich. It made me wonder if it was being stretched so there was more to go around.
Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken nuggets are gluten free and so are many of the sauces. My husband has celiac and these are important things for us to note. We have never had a problem at Chick Fil A
Staff has forgotten items from our order 2 different times now.
The staff is very busy and get forgetful.
Check your order before you pull away or they may just give your order to someone else and you stuck waiting.
