I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A this past Friday. I bought sandwiches and nuggets for my family and a friend, and even gave some nuggets to my dogs. Unfortunately, we all ended up with food poisoning—myself, my family, friend, and even my dogs are still suffering from the effects days later. This isn't the first issue I've had with this location. A while back, my brother's spicy chicken sandwich was raw. After this latest incident, I will absolutely not be returning to this Chick-fil-A. Extremely disappointed with the quality and safety of their food.

Today I went to this location and sad to say this location always gets my order wrong after they ask me to move forward out of the drive thru line to wait for my food. I understand they are in a time crunch but it wouldn’t be a problem if they get the order correct. After getting the food they do not give you a chance to check the order because there are cars pushing you to leave the drive thru so you can’t even check the order and make sure it’s ok. This becomes a huge inconvenience to me and other customers. After leaving I check my order and of course it’s not right. I end up going back to speak to a manager and she doesn’t even apologize for the inconvenience she just gives me my missing items and rushes me away telling me to have a good day very passive aggressively. Im not the one to complain but the people working here need to listen more and not be so rushed.

CHECK YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Ordered a large sprite in drive through with my meal. Received fizzy tastelessness. In a rush, couldn’t come back to fix it. Upset.
This chic -fil-a doesn't meet the names standards. My daughter has practice on this side of town, which is why we have stopped at this location. We have done mobile orders twice in a row, and the orders were incorrect/ incomplete both times. Confused, I'm not sure if it's chic-fil-a or non beef serving McDonald's....
