Very good customer service, very nice people. I love chick fil a. I have never had any issues but today I went in and bought a salad for take out got to work and when I took the lid off to eat there was a dead fly in my salad, was very upset I couldn’t eat it.

The tables were dirty. I’m used to seeing them clean whenever I go into other Chick-fil-A‘s. The trash was overflowing. When we asked for an ice cream cup, that we had not received with the order, she brought it without a spoon. So I had to go and ask for a spoon. I’m really not pleased with the level of service at this location. I think you can do better.

After waiting at the window in the drive thru Jennifer rudely asked what are you waiting for as if I was holding up the line I told her my drinks, she looked around. They were already prepared already on the windowsill. She grabbed them and handed them to me without saying anything.
Drive thru was quick efficient and my order was accurately prepared, my chicken sandwich had the fixings I asked for
