The food is always great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had some car trouble in the drive thru and ended up needing to get out of line after paying and ordering. They brought my food to me and when they saw I had my dog and baby with me waiting for a tow truck, they brought my baby a cup of water and my dog a bowl of water. So thoughtful and helpful! They made my tough situation easier! Service level unmatched!
Not only is the food outstanding and priced well, but the staff just make you feel like family- but not in a dysfunctional way. They remember my name and order after 2-3 visits, and they always make me feel welcome. By the way, I heard that if you give Duane a hug, you get a discount… though I have yet to verify that.
