Here in Tucson on vacation, and heard that Chicken Nuevo's chicken is good. After a breathtaking day in the desert, I got their four piece combo. The smell was familiar, and the taste brought me back to a beautiful summer day when I was a kid. This chicken tastes just like my dad used to make in the back yard during hot summer days, all the way back in the 60s. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. A flood of memories hit me. It's right up there with the most delicious chicken I have ever eaten. This is special to me. I saved half for tomorrow, and I'm sure I'll order more of their chicken (our chicken? 🙂) before I leave Tucson in a few days. I'll never forget Chicken Nuevo. 🥰

The food is good the service is ok the atmosphere is a regular in and out joint nothing fancy but there is one problem they will overcharge you and I’m not talking about the credit card fee they will sneak in a dollar or two per item and not give you an itemized receipt they will only give you a credit card total receipt so ask for your items receipt be warned they will try and say they don’t have an itemized receipt but they do I always ask for it

Been here a couple of times and always thought place was just ok, but I did love their chicken crunchy tacos, until today. The place had flies all over and tables were dirty. Their chicken was so overcooked that it was so dry and hard to chew. To top it off I also found 3 pieces of bones in my tacos! Customer service could also use improvement. I honestly probably won’t be back.

Great food, smooth atmosphere. I'm white Puerto Rican / German, and I speak Spanish. The cashier was speaking Spanish to me. It really enjoyed it. My niece's nachos were so plentiful. It was lunch and dinner.
