Wasn't not expecting this to be so good. The food was fresh and great. Dont sleep on this place. Its not greasy and gross. The chicken tacos are amazing with flour tortillas as an option. I love that. The red chili burrito with out of this world. Everything seemed like it was prepped this morning. You have to try it please 🙏

If there was an option to leave zero starts I genuinely would. I ordered today through the drive ordered a 10 piece family meal went through the drive thru. I got home and there was pink chicken with blood. I called the store right away and proceeded with the issue I think it was the manager with red hair long nails. She answered like ok and ? I had to tell her I was going back that I needed new chicken. She said bring back the chicken I said of course ! I got to the DT and she told the chicken and gave me a new one but zero customer service politeness nor did she apologize. I did notify health department in case my kids feel sick

This was original review however I went back for a second time and nope, the lady at the front doesn’t k ow anything about service and mediocre food, El pollo loco next time.

Alba was terrific. $32 fed 4 of us with food left over. Enchiladas were delicious
We usually love this place but we got tacos there tonight and about 12 of our tacos had old dried up chicken It was hard to eat without stabbing the roof of your mouth. When we called we told them and we were told they can’t do anything without a receipt, but we weren’t even offered a receipt to begin with. Then he tells us to come back tomorrow to talk to a manager. It was just poor customer service all around, so we won’t be back again.

The best! The chicken was succulent and flavorful, I was looking for a healthy high protein option during my overnight near the airport for work and Chickenuvo hit the mark. The employees were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and affordable. I would definitely recommend 10/10
