This place is very tasty they have healthy options for me it's amazing because I have a condition that requires me to eat healthy. The only thing I was not satisfied with the service when I was at the drive-thru I asked the worker if she can switch one piece of white chicken for a piece of dark chicken I truly think she could have done it for the sake of the customer requests I found that a little odd that I wanted the cheaper chicken and she refused to trade it. That's the only thing I did not like about this place have they educated workers on the customer service this place would be truly fantastic.

I don't know why this isn't getting better reviews. I had the dark two-piece meal. The chicken had more meat than KFC, etc. I liked its roasted flavor better than fried. And the sides were top notch.

The food is good, especially their salsa. I'm very careful ordering the macaroni salad, because the four times I have ordered it, it tastes bad, like it's old and stale. Customer service is not good, and the restaurant itself is very plain from the inside. I do not recommend their bathrooms, they smell very bad, that's why I never eat there, I always take the food home.

The service was great, the girl upfront was pleasant but the food portions are small and not worth the price. The food itself is good but again the portions are small and the amount of chicken served is smaller. Every window seat had so many flys, easily up to 10 or more. Besides myself there was one other person there, that should've been a sign for me to leave. Even the drive through was empty.

I was picking up at this location as an ubereats customer. Upon arrival, there was a crew member sitting at a table near the door laughing and cussing in spanish with the staff member on the clock. (No one else in there, but said it didn't matter because im white and don't understand what they are saying.) The lobby was a complete mess, and that was just the two tables i saw and the front area, i didnt even see the whole other section so i could only imagine how horrible it was. I literally stood there for 20 minutes before i started asking "how much longer is it going to be?" During this whole time I saw the front person just eating and drinking right there next to where they are bagging the food, the drive thru person laughing and on her phone and eating chocolate, and licked her fingers and didn't wash her hands! The person in the back preparing the food was chewing gum and blowing bubbles over the food. Admitedly I did become frustrated, but I never lost my cool on the lady eating Chocolate and bagging someone else's food, and asked her how much longer is it going to be? Considering I already had another order in the car in my hot/cold bag, and it had already taken some time to get there, so the order should have been ready. She then went on making this excuse and that, and I stated "you are on the clock making money, ubereats is my job and you guys taking forever is taking away from my money." The other young girl at the front, who sorry to say was extremely clueless, blamed it on the system going down and they just got the order. At this point it was already 30 mins of waiting, and I said "then why didn't you tell me that to begin with when I walked in?" I said "just please hurry up and give me the order so I can continue on my way, it should have been done already!" To which her reply was "don't use that mouth with me." I then raised my voice, after she raised hers towards me and as this is super unprofessional and rude,I told her " hurry up and give me the order." They then complained about me to ubereats because of their incompetence. When I got to the customers house, they were beyond livid and said the food tasted disgusting. I have a hot/cold bag for every order I recieve, and it was 5 minutes away. So if you want to deal with people who take forever and serve nasty, old food, have at it.

Service was exceptional. The young lady that took my order was courteous and polite. She greeted me with a smile, which is rare nowadays. There's quite a bit of us, so I ordered a large meal, with some extras. I recieved my food quickly but it was hot from being prepared and fresh. It was all delicious, chicken, macaroni, rice, tortillas,& salsa. I will definitely be stopping by again for another quick dinner fix that's delicious with great service.
