I order from here all the time! I ordered a meal tonight open my box just for them to put a super chilled macaroni and cheese almost frozen in it all my other food items were hot but that was ice cold.... why would you give someone a almost frozen side with hot food is beyond me! Super pissed!

I recently stopped by Chili's and decided to try one of their classic burgers—the **Oldtimer with Cheese**, to be exact—and I was genuinely impressed!
The patty was cooked perfectly to my requested medium-rare; it was **juicy and flavorful**, with a great char on the outside. It wasn't overly greasy, and the seasoning was spot on, giving it that familiar, comforting, classic diner taste, but elevated.
The toppings were simple but fresh: crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and good quality melted cheddar cheese that wasn't overwhelmingly sharp. Crucially, the **bun held up incredibly well**; it was soft, lightly toasted, and didn't fall apart halfway through the meal, which is often my biggest pet peeve with restaurant burgers.
The side of **fries was hot and crispy**, a perfect accompaniment. For a chain restaurant burger, this really hit the mark. It's solid, dependable, and a satisfying comfort meal. If you're looking for a great, no-frills cheeseburger experience, you won't be disappointed with this one at Chili's!

For a chain restaurant the food isn't bad, service is pretty good and I don't walk away feeling like I paid way too much. Marg of the month is only $6 and they have the 3 for me combos. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and after tip, with alcoho, l my bill was less than $100. These days that doesn't happen often.

This is a mass market restaurant aimed at the broad populous. Tonight all were having fun: families, senior citizens, dating couples, and college coeds. It was Friday night packed, but servers were flying. A manager circulated and inquiring as to our needs. This place is hitting above its league. A big shoutout to our server, Able.
Went in to make a to-go order since their website wasn't working. I was told I'd get a text when it was ready so I waited in my car. Waited for 25 minutes and no text, so I went inside. It was ready. Got to my car and it was cold. I'm so annoyed right now!

I didn't get a chance to take any photos of the food or whatever but I'll admit it was really good (I actually liked the mozzeralla sticks). The only problem is that it was busy - Yes I'm aware a lot of restaurants are like this. Anyways I would rate it a 7-8/10
