The meals were spot on and the service was great. Atmosphere is wat it is supposed to be. Only issue is when you order chips and this is what they look like.

We ate the advertised sandwich specials as advertised on TV, I will say some of the best hamburgers we have eaten in Tucson in a long time, hot and so juicy the flavor was amazing. We asked for hot French fries, and we were not disappointed. Our server was very attentive and kept our drink glasses full, considering a Friday night evening to be commended.
Service was good. Burgers were good. Unfortunately, fries were cold. 😞

Great service, got in and out within 45 minutes. The food was awesome for the price. I had the smash burger on the 10.99 menu, got chips and salsa, and drink for that price.
Chili's burgers are pretty top notch!! Good experience regularly here.

Other than burning our toast and forgot to bring our chips and salsa The food was great and the service was pretty good especially with our server Lorraine, she seemed to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got our food on a timely manner. We will definitely be going back.
They made me wait one hour and half they they said it was a 45 min wait

I ordered at 4:30 pm for a 6:15 pm pickup order and it wasn’t done until 6:55pm. The employee just gave an excuse and didn’t try and make it better at all. Very disappointed! 😣

Ever since i moved to Arizona ive been trying out the restaurants they got, and i always find myself bringing my family to this chilis at least once a week, the prices are fire the food is stellar and the service is impeccable from my travels i say this location is why i haven't moved yet. Cant beat em and cant find anything thats better
