Love Chili's Hamburger deals. Visits are for the most part great. On our last visit we used the kiosk on our table to pay, we were charged for a game that we didn't play, have no idea why. We didn't say anything because we were on a time constraint, but please beware. Service was great, meal was good, price for a hamburger deal reasonable. Will continue to visit Chili's, highly recommend.

The other customers who always come here are awful. This place is good, but not wait in line for 30 mins to an hour good. There’s no where to park and yet people still line up at the door. The only real issue with this place is the other customers who make it such an uncomfortable experience. If theres no space, then go somewhere else. Don’t make a scene because theres no table and the place is packed. You’re ruining it for the rest of us. This place fills up so fast that you don’t even wanna stay to finish your food. The staff is amazing. The food is okay. But the other customers are such a buzz kill. I never knew how much other people can ruin a good thing till now.

My wife wanted to go to Chili's. I am not a big fan of Chili's. But to my surprise the food was good and our waitress was phenomenal. The food was 4 stars ? and the service 5 stars ?

My family and I order To-Go pretty often and this time we were very disappointed. After checking in online (after getting the text that our food was ready), we sat in the curbside spot for over 30 minutes until my husband and I decided to get down and see what the problem was. The person working the To-Go area seemed like he didn’t want to be there but gave us our bag and drinks but didn’t apologize at all for making us wait so long. We called and spoke to the manager Laura to complain and all she said was “well what would you like for me to do? And I’ll make sure next time you come in that the employees are more well aware” A manager should not be asking a customer what to do, she should’ve made things right. Overall we were highly disappointed in the service and how management handled it.
