I have to say that last night's visit to Chili's was a 5 Star experience! I had the most attentive, genuine, and kind server (Amanda), which absolutely made my visit. Whoever reads these posts needs to recognize her in front of the entire staff, along with the Host whose name I didn't get. I visited the store on Cortaro off the I-10 in Tucson, AZ. I say they need to be recognized because those 2 young ladies are what Customer Service is all about! Amanda recommended Alex's Sante Fe Burger and she was spot on.....Tasty! The chef got it right with cooking it Medium too! The fries were a little off, maybe under a warmer too long? I was around 8pm and it was pretty quiet. Service was quick! I'm not sure but I think the Manager might have brought out my meal and her attitude is probably the reflection of her staff. Maybe I got a little lucky because I had all the attention with the place being slow at that time, but I would bet my cards on those 2 young ladies even during rush hour. Highly Recommend:)))

ordered chicken strips & fries from the I think it's called 3 for me comes with drink side and entree best strips ive ever had my son ordered the burger with secret sauce he loved it had grilled onions juicy ? we where starving so couldn't take pics ? ? our waiter was great forgot to take his name it was a wednesday around 5ish
Love the southwest eggrolls! The chicken fingers used to be really good and crispy, but now they're fried differently. They are not so good anymore.

MARCH 2024-**JORDAN IS THE BEST WAITER/SERVER WE'VE EVER HAD** AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY ATTENTIVE. WE APPRECIATE HIM VERY MUCH**EDIT:CAME IN ON FEB 24th(2023) & CATHERINE, The Manager, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & VERY helpful to our needs and SO VERY kind! The Young woman, Grace, who was the cashier when I picked up my order was also very professional & VERY kind as well! This is the ONLY place I've NEVER had bad customer service! My husband & I had our first date here & 6 years later here we are! I love Chili's SO much it was actually my Valentine's day gift??. And I am SO grateful to have a neighborhood Chili's with SUCH Amazing people & kind faces EVERY SINGLE TIME! It truly makes a difference, And THAT is Why I put in the effort to make it known every time I come because you guys deserve to be recognized. Thanks again!*UPDATE*(again)-Becca doing curbside orders on Feb 18th (2022) is awesome. & the cooks get mad credit too. THANK YOU FOR NEVER MAKING A MISTAKE! You have NO idea how much that makes MY day when y'all TRULY get it right! ? *END UPDATE* Im seeing some of the reviews these people left and how they're leaving low reviews and i think they are CRAZY!! Because my husband & I came here for our first date 4 years ago (obviously now we're married so it worked out??) & we order from here ALL the time & the food AND the customer service LITERALLY *NEVER EVER* DISSAPOINT! I mean whoever trains these kids should be very proud. These young men and women who handle the to go counter have been so kind and So patient and helpful. Customer service is a dying art these days Especially in the young generation and so we REALLY Appreciate it here. Seriously. This place it great. ? Keep it up!

Great food. Kid's meal was really good, too. I expected a Kid's half Cobb of corn, no! Full corn on the Cobb. Burger, chicken sandwich, and fries are all great! Service was a little lacking, but we came during a shift change.
I truly enjoyed myself with friends, what a wonderful place with amazing service and very little wait time for our food. Try the lemonade ?Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor easy access.
