you know, ambience can be defined in very different ways. this is like your grandma's kitchen if your grandma was northern chinese and doesn't care much about decor.
but the food. oh the food. the word "authentic" comes to mind just as much as "made with love."
as far as i can tell, northern chinese comfort food. soups, pastas, dumplings. plus there's lots more, come here on a cold day and they'll put a smile on your face.

China Pasta House has a good selection of food and great prices on dumplings. I tried the pork & leek dumplings and they were fantastic and filling for the price. I also tried the pork bun appetizer, but it wasn't as good. There are plenty of sauces on the table (sriracha, soy sauce, black vinegar, chili oil). The exterior doesn't look like much, but the interior is nice. I'd definitely go again if I lived in the area!

Food is excellent, this is authentic Chinese food in a mom and pop, hole in the wall setting, I ate here tonight Nov 2nd 2024 I was very embarrassed to not have money for a tip for the owner, will come back immediately to give her some cash for her excellent service and recommendations for me and my wife who is not
