If I could give no stars I would. First off we were sat at a dirty table. Next we got no menus, ended up going up and getting our own Togo menus to order from. Bao bun was good, others not good. Our drinks had black stuff in it and lip stick on the cups. The wait was bad . Food was cold when we received it.The wait staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for this meal!

Not great food for the price. Food was very waterier. Chicken was rubbery and egg rolls were soggy. Won’t be back. Panda tastes better and half the cost.

I don't eat Chinese a bunch, so I'm not the best critic on the matter. However it was decent. The food came quickly, the atmosphere was... I don't know what to say-a little odd I guess; but I guess that's how it is in Chinese restaurants. My mom likes it so that's were we went; she usually gets takeout.I had the sesame chicken, which was breaded nicely, and the portion was good sized.I wouldn't say it was fantastic but it was decent. The service was nothing to rave about shall we say.

Have eaten here numerous times food is usually good. Went for late lunch yesterday, had sweet and sour chicken my usual. The chicken was way over cooked past jerky stage. I mentioned to server she said order something different next time, not fried. REALLY???? What a response, no apology, no refund, no offer of ANYTHINGMy solution. Won't go back

This local restaurant has been around since I was a kid- food is always solid, but even better recently. Ate there last night and had their delicious duck (probably the best in town!), wonton soup, and walnute shrimp. Highly recommend for a yummy family meal!

Delicious dim sum! I went with fiance during lunch and the place is very authentic. Service was fast. Only complaint is that the dim sum was very lukewarm so I suggest coming in early at 10am for the first servings of dim sum.

Perfect place to go for Dim Sum. We went on Christmas Morning and had the best servers, we are definitely going to be making it a yearly tradition!

Rude employees, keep yelling at customers all over the place.food is just fine, We couldn't enjoy our meal due to her loud voice and her mad face with everyone.

We posted the review below but for the last year the experience at China Phoenix has degraded to the point we will not return until there is a record of their efforts to provide something more than mediocre food, a nasty attitude, and miserable service.Seems they have allowed limited Dim Sum on the north side, popularity, and profit to blind them to the fact that mass returning customers speaks to the quality of food and service.("Old Review")Awesome dim sum, absolutely and totally awesome. New management is beyond words, they are welcoming, warm, humble, inviting. The servers are genuinely happy again and refreshing to talk with. New and authentic Asian dishes available, pig ear n feet, and many other items. Don't hesitate to ask, they will deliver if at all possible. Obviously I can't say enough about the NEW China Phoenix experience.

Eh. I tried their roast duck, hoping they would be comparable to Phoenix at least (let along Hong Kong/California) but this is not even close....kinda gross actually. Maybe it was reheated in the microwave and not fresh? It was really soggy, and the meat has a steamed texture to it. Nope.

Server was inattentive, dim sum selection was sparse, portions were small, and the food was wanting. The total for our unenticing experience was $77 for two people with a small appetite. I would have gotten better food, service, and value at Panda Express. This was my first meal of the day after church and on an empty stomach. Any food of decent quality should have been fabulous. For it to be this bad on an empty stomach is revealing. Recommend taking a pass.

This place is delicious! It’s an unassuming hole in the wall but the food speaks for itself. The sizzling rice, Mongolian beef, and honey walnut shrimp are my favorites. Love that this restaurant is local. Hope it stays open for years!

Food quality started to get bad even before the pandemic, so we stopped going there 2 years ago, after about 15 years of patronage. Recently heard that they are still open and just thought that we probably should try their good again, as they may have a new cook or new owner. Ordered a few takeout orders, unfortunately nothing was exciting. Taste was not good, and presentation was lousy. Especially the House Special Fried Noodle, both the shiitake mushroom and the sliced chicken were spoiled, probably were sitting in their fridge for more than a week or even longer. Will never go back!

A great food choice if your trying to have a good meal with leftovers. Lots of choices and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Orange chicken and general tsos was great and used quality meat. Crab puffs were the right stuffs.
