Never coming here again, the chipotle further down on grant may be further from me but it is worth the drive away from this terrible service.

Used to eat hear 1 to 3 times a week. Portions have gotten smaller. Its still a good deal for real food. Corporate lying about the reduced porions is just stupid. My low rating is not related to food quality, size or cleanliness. The last three times i was in this store i had to watch and listen to a supervisor reprimand an employee for overportioning something. A degrading dressing down on the front line in front of everyone that was in line. Not just a little nudge but repetitive and ugly. These people work hard, they are attentive and literally have the public in their face all day. They deserve respect and im sure better pay. I was queasy over the humiliation the last young lady had to take in front of me. Haven't been back. So ugly 3 times in a row. Im not going back.
The girl barely gave us rice in the bowls you could still completely see the bottom so I had to ask for more then she was rude the rest of the time down the line. Not even a full scoop of queso... The rice was also poorly cooked. I've been in restaurants my whole life and honestly never would be like this young lady was, and i also wouldnt have blasted you on google but i wasnt offered a receipt. Never going back
