Had a carnitas bowl with Guacamole, generous portions but truthfully, the salsa was tasteless as was the guac? You can do better. .. music was in the high decibel range.

This young girl helped me tonight on may 1st and when I asked for extra rice and she got angry and gave me a half scoop of beans and barley any toppings . Like if you don’t enjoy your job work somewhere else or have a better attitude towards people! You work In a good Industry get over your self and put a smile on even if it’s fake. I will not be comin back to this location and will be letting people know not to come to this location. I also hope the young lady find a better attitude along with my beans she didn’t put in my bowl . We pay a lot of money for food and service we don’t pay for Rudeness and ignorance

There was this bug (no clue what it was) walking around on my lettuce. Completely lost my appetite. Looks like some sort of spider?

Austin helped me with my bowl when it was very busy and had a very good work attitude and seemed like he had everything under control. :)))

Stopped in for an early dinner. Tried the brisket bowl. It was delicious. Definitely recommend it.

Worst service by a blonde girl and blonde guy. Mean mugging us and giving attitude for being in there 15-10 mins before close, made our bowls wrong, and even before we were done order she started cleaning the tortilla press so we couldnt order a tortilla. Left and went to the one on speedway and Campbell and they went above and beyond with their service. I used to work at chipotle for three years so I know good customer service when i see it. How disappointing to be treated this way after a long day of work and this being our first meal of the day.

I get awful service every time I’m here, food always looks like it’s been sitting out and employees have so much attitude. Not to mention they jip you on portions

Last night, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this Chipotle location. As someone who works in Artist Relations and often grabs late-night meals for touring musicians, I stopped in around 9:55 PM to place an order for 10 bowls. Knowing the location closes at 11 PM, I expected them to be fully operational. Instead, they were already deep into closing procedures—nearly an hour early.

A brunette female employee started helping me but quickly dropped all sense of professionalism when I explained the size of my order. After completing just two bowls, they began covering up the proteins and claimed they were out—though I strongly suspect they were reserving food for Uber Eats orders. By the time I got to the third bowl, the employee’s attitude was blatantly disrespectful, with side chatter and side-eyes exchanged with a male coworker (who had a birthmark on his face). Their giggling and dismissive behavior were completely uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional.

This location has lost my trust entirely. Moving forward, I’ll ensure my celebrity clients avoid this disorganized and disrespectful establishment. A truly disappointing experience.

Late 2024 and still small portions. I ordered through the app (against better judgement) and when I opened my order the amount of protein in the bowl was insulting. Literally small bits of protein scattered, and definitely not enough to justify the price.

One person working behind the counter, at first. Fixed someone’s food and then rang him up while three other customers waited in line. Every single table in the place was dirty, bordering on filthy. Will not be coming back to this Chipotle, ever. I can’t believe how bad this one was.

As far as chipotle goes this is probably the best one I've been to so far. The two ladies up at the front Kasiah and Lydia were awesome. They were really nice and kept their work station clean. Lydia also kept on top of the dining room and made sure to wipe down all the tables. It is the first time I've been to a Chipotle and seen an employee do that without being asked. Usually the tables are filthy and the counter where they make food is also dirty. Not today though. Best chipotle experience I've ever had.

This chipotle is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Dont try ordering a bowl online because, at best, you will get a singular grain of rice. Additionally, don't you dare order a burrito - they will give you a bowl instead. By far my biggest grievence, however, is that the team here does not know how to make their Guacamole without getting inedible bits of avocado mixed in, which can cause choking hazards and overall spoil one's appetite.

Genuinely not someone who ever leaves a review but out of every chipotle I’ve ever been too this one is by far the best. (I come here once a week) and not once have they been out of something. All their ingredients always taste super fresh and I like the way their steak is cooked. They have a lot of staff so it’s always super fast and the experience is always efficient.
