Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered my Barbacoa Tacos online and when I got home there was barely any meat in the tacos, absolutely ridiculous!!
If I wanted to just eat a plain taco shell I would have went to the grocery store and bought a pack of taco shells. I will be going to Fiberto’s next time I want a shredded beef taco because they know how to fill a taco shell with meat.

Absolutely horrible service and the food was dry and crunchy!!! Not to mention being charged what I was for the smallest portion I've ever received!!! I tried talked to a manager and ever called the number given but I was ignored or told to write an email. So here I am writing what needs to be told so others don't experience what I have.

I haven’t been to chipotle in 3 years. Quality and service went downhill, yet the prices still go up. Today I ordered a double steak burrito bowl for a pickup order. I got absolutely robbed by this location, there was one serving. Majority of the meat it was in-edible gristle too. Poor quality across the board. Will never step foot into this establishment again.

Sucks that this is the location closest to me. You'd think the portions of food came out of the employees paychecks. They give the smallest scoops compared to everywhere I've been. It is consistently small portions, so I usually skip this location, and go to a better location a little further away.

I haven't been there for awhile but the service is still good. The food was a different story. I ordered the barbacoa bowl, there was no flavor-everything was bland. The rice was way under cooked.

Maybe during the day with different cooks on duty it taste better.

Tonight was awful

Typical Chipotle experience. Everything was good, but "nothing to die for" type of experience. Personally, I am happy they have added some more options on the counter. I prefer Qdoba due to the large variety that Chipotle didn't offer previously.

I love this location. The meat is more tender than other locations. I have a wheat allergy and they always make sure to keep everything from getting contaminated. The manager with the tattoos usually makes my order when my husband goes in for me (sorry I don’t know your name sir,) but he’s my favorite! Super friendly.

I eat at Chipotle a lot…like a LOT. This Chipotle is consistently clean and well stocked. The food quality is good and I have never experienced them being out of any ingredients. Service is fantastic (especially Wyatt!) and is happy to meet your needs (and wants!). My favorite Chipotle!

Hard rice, stingy with the freshly cooked chicken because they just made it.. the manager came over and whispered to give me a small portion.. and no receipt which I'm pretty sure no where is aloud to do.. put my receipt in the bag next time so I know who is responsible you despicable company...

While I was eating in the back, a female staff member was loudly chortle and gurgle . I think it was very disgusting and disrespectful.

Refused a group order I was a part of earlier saying it was too big. I never got to do that when I worked in food service. Absolute dissapointment. Should probably get employees that want to work.
