Just popped in after a market and can say this is the best experience I’ve ever had going out to get some food. Really wanted to try the Al pastor chicken but they were out at the time, was told it be a 15 minute wait and didn’t even have to wait that long! They had sent someone out to come and get us when it was done! It was really thoughtful! We then got to try it and oh my goodness!! it was phenomenal!! The best chicken I’ve ever had from chipotle! We ordered our bowl and every single employee that I encountered was so sweet, so kind and hilarious!! I loved everyone’s energy here and you can tell they care about the food they’re making. I really appreciate all of the work they’re doing tonight, can’t wait to be back!

The employees here serve portions like it’s coming out of their checks. My bowl was half the size of every other location I’ve been to. Usually I can’t finish a bowl in one sitting but this time I did and was still hungry. Extremely dissatisfied with this location and will not be returning. Customer service and portions are way better at the Cortaro location.

This has to be the skimpiest chipotle around… everything from rice, beans, definetly protein and lettuce… really? Lettuce? From 4 different servers so must be a management directive.

Both of the woman working up front on November 23rd at 3:00 where rude as hell charged me for double steak but barely but anything on there when I asked about it they said they would have to charge me more and then the girl with gauges and and tattoos was throwing a fit about how she wanted to go home when apparently she had just got their total useless people yall have working for yall id be embarrassed

We ordered food from there on Wednesday night, we got home and everything was cold (we only live 5 minutes away). I guess the meats were sitting out for a while. The only thing we enjoyed were the chips.

The nastiest restaurant in Tucson. Dirty counters, Dirty tables and sticky to the touch. and the food was simply nasty. The Rice was so hard, it chipped my tooth. Never again!

My last three visits quality has dropped. I can describe it as eating my chipotle leftovers from my fridge. Not sure what going on here but they went from numero uno to at best aa Quattro for choice. I also noticed the stock took a dive recently.
