Chipotle Mexican Grill

The flavor is good but very Americanized; it's something different with a mix of flavors and styles. The tables are very close together, so it's preferable to order takeout.

It would be great if the employees put pickup orders on the designated spot for online orders instead of keeping them behind the counter. Waited 10 minutes and my food was sitting there the whole time

Walked in, waited in like for about 15 minutes and when we got to front they told us they were out of chicken, it would be about five minutes and they would call us back up to order. Cool, that would have been no problem. However, immediately after us, the family ordered chicken, and they went and pulled some from the take out area. We watched this happened with the next two orders. My wife went up and asked why we couldn't order chicken. The girl working the line said they were still out, and the guy who originally told us he'd call us back up to order just ignored us and went about doing whatever it was he was doing. Hard pass, won't be back.

Came in sunday afternoon pretty excited to try the carne asada with chimichuri. It tasted good but honestly was just disappointed by the small portion in the bowl, nowhere near what you used to get for your money. We ordered some queso and chips and even that was just a small container. None of the employees were smiling, all seemed unhappy to be there. There were no napkins, I asked a girl behind the counter thats what I was told only to see 2 other people that asked for the same get handed napkins. Honestly this was my worst experience at a Chipotle.

Very good food, very filling, and great fountain drink selection! Their chips and queso are excellent and fresh, and all of the ingredients that go into their products appeared fresh as well. We usually get to-go orders; you can use their app to order ahead. Those orders have been ready-to-go and accurate every single time.

It's usually pretty good. Once in a while they'll forget utensils or a salsa (mobile orders) but that's about it.

They were so helpful. First time and they let me try different options. Threw in some chips as well. Amazing customer service will be back

Always bad service, employees in a bad mood. Worst location I’ve been too.

This was my first time here. I got our food faster than several other locations in Tucson.

The last two times I’ve eaten at this place I had to take a Covid test to make sure it wasn’t just the lack of flavor in the food. I believe they are afraid to flavor their ingredients and spread the salsa throughout the burrito instead of just at the very end so I get a mouth full of salsa. I also wonder if they are going out of business because I ask for cheese and that’s what it seems like I got a single piece of cheese. If I could give zero stars I would, that would be how many stars it has for flavor.

Go here often and they Never give a full scoop of anything you ask for ,especially the old Mexican lady she dosnt seem to understand numbers or what the word more means .these employees rarely give me what i ask for but when i get what i asked for it’s always Mui Bonito

You have to be careful when cutting the meat because it leaves a lot of fat in the meat.🤮
