This was my first time here. I got our food faster than several other locations in Tucson.

The last two times I’ve eaten at this place I had to take a Covid test to make sure it wasn’t just the lack of flavor in the food. I believe they are afraid to flavor their ingredients and spread the salsa throughout the burrito instead of just at the very end so I get a mouth full of salsa. I also wonder if they are going out of business because I ask for cheese and that’s what it seems like I got a single piece of cheese. If I could give zero stars I would, that would be how many stars it has for flavor.

Go here often and they Never give a full scoop of anything you ask for ,especially the old Mexican lady she dosnt seem to understand numbers or what the word more means .these employees rarely give me what i ask for but when i get what i asked for it’s always Mui Bonito

You have to be careful when cutting the meat because it leaves a lot of fat in the meat.🤮

Be careful! Ordered the new honey chipotle chicken yesterday mixed with the steak, and I have been so sick since. After seeing videos online about how some stores handle food safety, I wouldn't be surprised if I fell victim. Felt just fine until I ate that bowl.

one of the worst chipotles i’ve ever been to. the food did not taste good. upcharged me. and the workers sucked, rushed me the entire time and didn’t really help me.

Never ordering from this chain again. Paid 70$ for the two bowls and 6 tacos. The bowls had less then half the portions we have gotten in the past. Called in to customer service and got told there was nothing they could do. Don’t waste your time.

This was one of the worst experiences ever I normally go to this chipotle all the time and have always had a great experience except for yesterday. I went in and ordered my normal order Extra white rice, Double steak and chicken and Extra sour cream and typically i’m normally satisfied. Yesterday right of the bat the lady was very rude i also had to ask multiple times for more rice because she gave me insanely small portions after i had been asking for extra, i didn’t get her name but it was around 2 pm and looked to be a manager of some sort. I left and when i got home i opened my bowl and it was barely half way full and for this bowl i was charged 17.47 almost 18 bucks im very disappointed in the service i received this is just unacceptable i shouldn’t pay that much money and get barely any food absolutely ridiculous.On my receipt the name was marrisa and when i called last night to ask if they could do any thing about it they hung up before i could say anything.

Everything was good the only issue I had was one of the individuals who was handling the food kept touching his hat and hair while making the food with the same gloves and not changing them.

Bought a bowl and barely got steak on my bowl. Got all the way to the end and I paid 24$ for my bowl and a drink because I said the meat wasn’t enough. Lady barely put meat on my bowl and I said more then asked for a drink and I’m paying for a meal that I could just as ways it down at a steakhouse and enjoy…… now idk about anyone else but if I spend 24$ on a meal I wanna enjoy it I def did not enjoy this at all. They have been a scam and I’m legit done going to chipotle. Please go out of business
