Chipotle Mexican Grill

Nice Chipotle but I'm not sure why some of the younger teen employees just throw the bag at you instead of sliding or handing it politely.

service here is terrible stood there for almost ten minutes before i was even acknowledged by staff. saw one employee drop a wet rag on the floor picked it up and kept cleaning with it however my food was good

Went in to get a bowl and there was 10 people in line. After waiting 10 minutes only three people had been served. Too slow of a location

We should've walked away by the filthy front doors, but we were hungry after a long drive. The food was served by a single server by each item. None of them happy to see us. The food was below average and cost over 40.00 for 2 small drinks and 2 burritos. The drink station was filthy and had water all over the floors. I mentioned to one of the workers that someone may fall or slip, he said oh yeah, and went back to talking to his coworker. I couldn't finish eating because I looked down and the floors were absolutely filthy too. Disgusting place to eat and would never go back!

I have celiac disease meaning I have to eat gluten free. The Staff was phenomenal!! The employee I was working with was new and they immediately asked their higher ups for a review of procedures so I was able to watch exactly how they handle and train for allergens - it was hands down one of the easiest and safest experiences I’ve had eating out since being diagnosed!

my family and i love chipotle, but i've noticed with pick up orders we are given less food than if we had waited in line. we ordered double protein and only got a single portion. the food is good, but this is disappointing

Soggy, tasteless and expensive burrito. The guy scooping on the stuff just poured a cup of watery salsa on my burrito. We ate inside and by the time I got to a table the tortilla was soaking wet and immediately fell apart. Should of just gotten the bowl but still would be lacking in flavor. Very disappointing.

Orders online, so thought my food would be waiting for me when I got there but someone else already picked it up so had to wait 8 minutes more because they ran out of beans. Employee remade my order but pit little to NO meat in our burritos and bowls. Never had this kind of experience there before but not too happy with this location as of right now.. wouldn't recommend it as well.
