The workers are really nice and always smile never have a problem with anybody there. My reason behind 3 stars is due to how much I pay for one item and how little food I end up getting.

I am an ongoing, consistent customer at this specific chipotle location. I am never disappointed with food and hardly ever disappointed with the quality of customer service I receive. A worker that goes by the name of Nathan served me, my wife, and my mother today at 5:30 pm. He quickly greeted us as we approached the line with a smile on his face. He carefully listened to our orders as we moved across the line and perfectly proportioned our meals all while conversing with us and warming our hearts with a laugh. This amazing service was followed by a continuous, bad interaction with the woman at the register waiting for our arrival. I have noticed that the blonde female that goes by the name of Mckenna has consistently proven that she is incapable of providing good service. She hardly looked at us while she spoke and was aggressive while asking questions. She had a frowned face and was extremely rude and disrespectful while “asking” of favors from co-workers . I am shocked with the poor quality of service Mckenna provides EVERYTIME I go to Chipotle. I truly hope that this disturbing issue is resolved as soon as possible. For both customers and employees. Thank you.

I don’t know what’s happened to this place in the last month, but I doubt I will be back. Up until a month ago this particular Chipotle was the only one I would go to. The staff was friendly, the food quantities and quality were better than the others I’ve tried in the Tucson area, and it was relatively clean. About a month ago I went in and ordered a chicken bowl, dine in. While the server put a reasonable amount of chicken in the bowl he asked me about rice and beans, which I declined as I normally do. The young, obviously more in charge woman standing next to the server admonished him in a very condescending way “to watch his portion size”. Possibly the portion was a little large, but he had asked me prior to dishing it up about the rice and beans and I think was trying to make up the emptiness of the bowl with more chicken. Regardless of portion policies I don’t think talking down to employees in front of customers is appropriate. The next time I was in, a week later I ordered a carnitas bowl without looking at the hot table. Before I could say anything the server was scooping the scant remaining carnitas from the quarter pan…..mostly liquid with very little protein to be seen. He was so busy asking me what else I wanted on it he didn’t hear me complain about the condition of the carnitas. It continued….I asked for pico and he was already asking if that was all I wanted on it when we hadn’t even gotten to the sour, cream, cheese, and lettuce. Tonight I decided to check what was actually fresh in the steam table before ordering. There were absolutely no peppers and onions in the quarter pan. When the young man asked me what I would like I told him that whatever I ordered I was going to want peppers and onions. He made no movement toward whomever was responsible for replenishing the line. I let several customers pass in front of me thinking while they were being served possibly the peppers and onions would appear, but they didn’t. As I was now the only one left it line the server came back and asked if I wanted to wait for peppers and onions? I saw no indication that anything was being done about it, it was just being left to chance, so I left. Like I said….what happened to this place? Did you lose a manager, fire a manager, have some major overturn in staff? I stopped going to Chipotle years ago for similar reasons….Totally undependable portion sizes. I remember in Denver standing behind another customer and watching as the server piled unlimited amounts of ingredients on his order, but when I asked for extra cheese was quickly told “we charge for that”! The last time I was in Denver I found that half of them no longer sell beer. It defeats the whole idea behind chains/franchises……the same food, same offerings no matter where you are, or what restaurant of the same name. This particular Chipotle has become even more pathetic than the others I’ve frequented across the country. I just looked at other reviews for this place many of which are bad, many regarding portion size. If your response to this is simply to direct me to a website, don’t bother. It’s you that should be reaching out to complaints…

Chipotle is always my go-to for safe, gluten-free food while I am out of the house. There is very little chance for cross contamination, so I always go back. This location has a very tight parking lot, so I usually park across the street in the Wal-mart lot. The staff was great here.Vegetarian options: You can easily have vegetarian and vegan food hereDietary restrictions: It is very easy to have gluten-free and dairy free optionsParking: The parking lot is kinda tight..I drive a truck so I park across the street in the Walmarts lot

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve noticed that the employees, upon multiple visits, couldn’t care less about the customer and most are rude. I’ve never heard thank you uttered from anyone’s lips, especially the stone faced blonde cashier. I told my wife a few visits ago that we can’t go there anymore and last night’s salt pile of food I was given solidified that. I’m sure their response to this will be the generic, please contact corporate. No thanks.
