The employee's need to be replaced. I went in to order a burrito and employee just scooped the items i wanted in the middle. Wrapped it up. So what I got was NOT a burrito. I got a burrito ball. Crappy service. Don't go there.

I went in there 2 days ago and ordered double steak. They made my bowl and put it in a bag. I paid ($16) and they handed me my bag. I drove home which was 45 minutes away and I opened my bowl to find a different bowl. I was not able to eat it. I went in 2 days later when I was down that way and girl who has a lot of acne was very rude. She acted like I was lying even though I had photos of the bowl and receipt. She wouldn’t give me my new bowl until I really pushed it. She was extremely rude to me and kept saying “take your phone out my face” when it wasn’t. She needs some serious coaching. I go to chipolte almost 3 times a week and I will not be going to this location anymore because of her.

This chipotle has gone downhill. I would go all the time and suddenly stopped because I kept getting disappointed with the food. But alas I had a craving and went in to order a burrito bowl with chicken, Mild salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. With a side of cheese and sour cream as I share with my toddler and she’s allergic to dairy. I never used to get charged before for those two sides. Suddenly they want to charge me even though I tell them she’s allergic and I can’t have it on top. If I were to put it on top they wouldn’t charge me so I don’t see the problem with them putting it on the side. Online is says your aloud 2-3 sides . I also get a vinaigrette which they also charge now and it’s not even filled half way. I don’t mind paying for it but at least fill it up. The chicken also has some hard parts almost like bones so I have to check every piece I give to my toddler. They could also clean up the lobby a bit more frequently. So sad and disappointing the prices keep going up and quality goes down.. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I’m here everyday, and let me tell you today the food was amazing, delicious, cooked to perfection!!!! The chicken had petit cuts, nice grill marks, the brisket was flavorful but not overpowering!!! The Barbacoa was melt in ur mouth!!! I hope whom Eva was on the grill today is recognized for their dedication to providing us great Chipotle!!!

Food isn’t bad, one recommendation is to take the extra 5-10 seconds in the takeout line to just mix up the burrito. I have all these salsas, cheese, rice, and meat yet half of my burrito is dry. You don’t even need to use utensils, you can just move around the food with the tortilla and viola! Your customer gets to taste what they wanted every single bite.

I’m very surprised at these negative reviews at this location. I order here everyday, either DoorDash or pick up and the staff is always friendly & professional and the food portions & quality are superb. I honestly have not had a negative experience with the staff or food whatsoever. Great job, Chipotle staff, my tummy appreciates each one of you ?

I guess chipotle gave up on serving sizes, ordered this for my girlfriend and not only did It come mostly empty (see photo for details) but it also was literally missing ingredients. We did order online and Infamously that gets smaller portion sizes but this is insane that we paid $10 and the bottom of the bowl was visible when we took the lid off. The staff at this location are generally very friendly but this is getting out of hand with not getting what you paid for.
