This chipotle sucks, I go here all the time cus it’s close to me and they always mess up the order, overcharge you for sum bs, or just don’t b listening I swear they constantly cooked or not cooked enough while they work.

I’ve been to this location more than a handful of times. Every single time I come all of the workers seem to be uninterested in their work or they just give off McDonald’s worker vibes anyways I got a burrito and I’m watching the girl roll my burrito she literally rolled it into a ball and wrapped it up. They either need to get bigger tortillas or teach their employees how to roll a burrito because that is crazy! And I’ve gotten burritos at other chipotles before too and they were not rolled into balls.

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I arrived expecting to enjoy some carne asada, but I had to wait for it to be prepared. The team members seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing quality service. To make matters worse, I was charged for items I didn't order, which is definitely not acceptable. Orders should always be processed accurately, and it's concerning that this was not addressed properly. When I raised my concerns, I was met with an unhelpful attitude. It’s clear that management, like Marissa, the general manager, is not setting the right standard for customer service here. This kind of experience reflects poorly on the Chipotle brand, and I intend to share my thoughts with others. District manager need to handle this for this wont be a continuous problem

I've been to this location several times and only had good service once. Today was not that day. Waiting for them to cut up the carne asada. No apologies. No compensation. We felt like (Karen's) asking how long it would take. Definitely never coming back to this location unless I'm in handcuffs. $40 for 3 orders and McDonald's service. Management needs to step it up.

This is genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It has consistently bad service, rude workers, bad quality food, and it obviously has bad management. Safe yourself the disappointment and don’t go to this location!

I eat at other Chipotles(& I love good Chipotles!)& I know that they are not the same as far as Service (how to treat your Customers!) & Food. After reading the Reviews and knowing that I am going to have to get lunch and dinner in this area today, I am DEFINITELY NOT going to This one!!! Thanks for the Reviews everyone 😊👍

The people here are rude and disgusting Marissa the cashier was touching money and food. And when confronted she didn’t care even the manager didn’t care
My server Angel was amazing she started everything with a smile and then made an amazing plate for me always asking if there was anything else I needed. She made the experience that much better.

Rude worker Alejandra at the register. Short, Hispanic girl. I have worked customer service and fast food, it’s not okay to be rude to your customers. If it starts to get busy, that’s part of the job. Sighing and rolling her eyes as if it’s not her job. Very disappointed, customer service is not the same now a days with these rude young workers.
