I hate to complain but this place is always under staffed. There can be 2 people in line and you can wait 7+ minutes to get waited on. I don't want that on a lunch pickup.

I mean it’s chipotle, I love chipotle, but this chipotle sucks. They tried to upcharge me for cheese, and then they gave me less than a a full scoop of meat for the same price. Overpriced and under delivered. When I asked the manager about when cheese starting costing extra she wouldn’t look me in the eyes and then she said, “it’s always been that way” while brushing me off. I worked at a chipotle, I know it hasn’t. Not enough food and poor customer service👎

I mean, what do you say about Chipotle? It's the same nearly everywhere you go and that's a positive. The food is fairly high quality, fairly healthy, fairly organic and better than a lot of the alternatives. This one was particularly decent, The app failed on my way in and I couldn't figure out the hold button and the person behind the counter was wonderful and helped me in getting my promotion and I left quite satisfied
Geart people great food. The only chipotle locations worth eating at. Friendly staff always having customers best interest. They make Quesadillas in store!!! Location is clean giving me a peace of mind!!

The pricing was not on the board, when I asked for the meat I wanted the server didn't disclose the extra charge. When I got to the register She was laughing. I will never eat at Chipotle!! Not worth it!
Hate the music. Seems like a company policy to play weird indie music. So dumb.

Gave us the wrong burrito and made us pay again to get the right burrito, charged us for double steak even though we didn’t ask for double steak nor receive double steak. Never coming here again, the chipotle further down on grant may be further from me but it is worth the drive away from this terrible service.
