My review is for Chipotle in general, not this specific location. The location I go to is in a new location and moved across the street a month or so ago. They're still not listed on Yelp for some reason.My, how far the mighty has fallen. Chipotle used to be a great place to get a quality meal for a great price!NO MORE. Unfortunately after the chaos of the pandemic Chipotle took the low road pretty much like most mid-casual and fast food places did.The serving sizes are minuscule compared to what they used to be and the prices now are LUDICROUS, especially for what you get. If those serving spoons get any smaller on the line Chipotle is going to have to start hiring elementary school children because adults won't be able to hold them.Burrito bowls used to be filled to the brim. Now there's a half inch to a full inch wide empty space between the food and the side of the bowl. A third of the food (maybe even a quarter) at least three times the price--if not more--than what it used to be.Chipotle made $2.2 billion in 2022.Their CEO makes $1.24 million a year! That's almost $600.00 an hour. AND that's JUST the salary; it doesn't include perks like stock, benefits, vacation and sick leave, etc.The average pay nationwide in the U.S. for servers is $6.93 an hour, while the average pay in the U.S. for managers is $16.11 an hour.I know a CEO bears a lot of responsibility for a company but no CEO is worth $593.07 more an hour than the servers who are the front line and no CEO is worth $583.89 more an hour than the managers who keep the branches open, running, and staffed.I know it doesn't matter because I'm only one person but I'm done with Chipotle. I cannot keep going there with a clear conscience.

We went here for dinner last night, food was pretty good. However, they still had about an hour and a half left before they closed and 98% of the tables already had the chairs stacked up on them. So we just took the chairs down so we ciuld eat there! Also, my husband asked about the Carne Asada steak and the boy behind the counter said, oh, it's not going to be fresh this time of night. It shouldn't really matter what time of day or night we go there, the food should always be fresh in my opinion and I don't think that was a great response on his part. The steak looked very dry and my husband just kept saying well it doesn't look like the advertisement/picture. And that was the guys response. Well, it won't be fresh this time of night. I think they need more customer service training & maybe even offer to make him some fresh ones since they weren't due to close for a while. Restaurant itself was fairly clean, however, the music was on really loud! We shouldn't have to "yell" at each other at this type of establishment.

Asked to order Quesadilla for dinner and they said app exclusive item only. Even though I was able to order in the store about 2 weeks prior. Forcing me to pay through the app and then having being charged extra costs for using the app and paying online. $6.50. That is quite excessive and why was I able to order it before and not this time. Doesn't seem right and the food and customer service has been seriously lacking as of late.

I will not be coming back, they were very stingy with their meat servings. They are super careful to serve the least meat possible. They pile on the toppings but you have to search for the very few pieces of meat. This location is going downhill. You won't get your money's worth!

Worst Chipotle in town!! The manager is EXTREMELY rude. She basically smoothers a taco in salsa and said that’s the amount they put on tacos. Even though the first one she made barely had any salsa. I asked her to remake is she could and said “NO” while pushing my food to me. I asked who I could complain to and she said “no one”. Their guacamole has been sitting out for a while and their rice is also cold. Hands down work Chipotle in town. Customer service is horrible and the food doesn’t taste like other Chipotle locations.

Onen salad or bowl can easily feed two people, so order the side tortilla wrap to make an extra meal with he leftovers or share it with a friend. Tortilla is only $0.50

The Chipotle location at the Park Place Mall is the worst one in town. Save yourself the trip and the money because my order is never correct. Despite specifying extra toppings, I always get less than a normal portion or they forget entirely. On one visit, they supposedly "lost" my whole order and did nothing while making me wait longer even though I had mobile ordered. Never coming back here even though I work near the mall.

Chipotle just lost a customer. They no longer will make a quesadilla in store it has to be ordered online. What a d*** move to alienate part of your customer base that would like to stay there and eat. Ordering online your gambling that the incompetent fools working there will actually get your order right. So long Chipotle!!!!

They can't do anything right, I did an online order and got the wrong burrito, tried to get a refund thru the app cause I can't eat the burrito now. But the stupid pepper support is too brain dead. The food is uneatable , and the only thing it offered me for my $18 dollar item is a free drink. Like that doesn't scream value. Then I tried calling the store to figure a way out to get this fixed since the app wasn't any help and the automated system makes it impossible for you to contact the store . Poor business set up there . May never eat Chipotle again because of this.
