Chipotle Mexican Grill

I asked for double steak for double part on the side. They gave me lees than 1/3 scoop and charged me for double steak. I asked they said a side of steak was $5.60. I looked online and it says double steak $5.60. Double steak is double the amount a full scoop. I went back to counter and they wouldn’t do anything they said that’s how much it is. Every other time I get double steak on the side it’s a full scoop and in bigger container. So disappointed in the service and them only giving me 1/3 the amount of double and wouldn’t do anything when I asked just turned around and walked away.

I ordered ONE quesadilla and it was not very good. I also ordered guacamole with chips and they didn't give me the guacamole that we paid 2 DOLLARS for. I was heartbroken and I couldn't eat my chips plain. 20 dollars down the drain. the other Chipotle I've been to is great though

6 stars for this location. You are exactly what an incredible service staff looks like at lunchtime. Focused, running the line like a boss, and the hand off at the register.. (nothing but incredible service). Thank you for always taking care of me. 🤍

I had a horrible experience today at this location with the “manager”. I place an order through the app. I show up at the store 25 minutes after. My order isn’t ready, I ask the person making the online order, she proceeds to tell me she never received my order and that she hasn’t seen an order under my name, tells me I must of ordered it from a different location. I show her the app with the confirmation of the order and she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have it. I ask for a refund and she says she can’t give me a refund and gives me an 800#. The app eventually tells me my order is ready, I go back to her and tell her someone completed my order, she denies it and says she hadn’t made a quesadilla. I go sit down to call the 800# and a customer approached me with my order in the bag with my ticket with my name. I approach her and let her know she made my order and gave it to another customer. She looked at me and said “okay?”. I requested to speak to a manager and she ends up being the manager. Alicia is definitely not management material, she’s very unprofessional and rude. This situation could of been handled very differently. As a manager, she should of taken control and just make my order instead of accusing me of ordering from the wrong location and denying that she ever had my order. All she had to say was “I apologize, what was your order. I will get that order ready for you”

I watched the TV commercial about the brisket. It showed brisket nice and lean but getting it in a bowl it was more fat than meat. I normally like the overall quality of their meats but brisket was just disgusting. Order the chicken and be done with that.

This is my second time ordering from this chipotle, the only reason I don't give it a 1 star was because the first time, everything went smooth, but this time it was more than obvious that the employee was skimping on the food. Wasn't even giving proper scoops and rushing even though their wasn't a line behind me. Upon looking at other reviews, it's obvious that this chipotle isn't giving proper servings often. Id advise to stay away from this Chipotle.
