Why why why is it everytime I go in I ask for plain white rice and I’m immediately presented with an attitude, seriously you have it in the back already why are you so moody? So now this moody person is building my bowl and wants to get thru it fast not caring what I’m saying and boom they add guac. Instantly the whole bowl is inedible (hence the plain white rice)
It’s just so annoying and an obvious common theme. Get it together. I’m going to continue driving to the Oro Valley location for this very reason.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. My boyfriend and I walked in laughing and having a good time, and when it was our turn, the employee with long curly hair in a bun immediately had an attitude. I went ahead and told him we weren’t laughing at him, but his behavior just got worse.
First red flag: he was using the same gloves while touching everything, then went straight back to making our tacos. It got even more disgusting when he grabbed pico de gallo with his hands wearing the same dirty gloves and put it on my tacos. Completely unhygienic.
On top of that, he clearly shorted me on meat literally about five tiny pieces and got annoyed when I asked for more. It felt intentional and unprofessional.
The whole experience was nasty and uncomfortable. If you don’t like your job, change it but don’t take it out on customers. Disgusting behavior. I will never be going back

The food? It's Chipotle. You already know what that tastes like. It was fine, consistent, and did the job. The service, though, was not the usual well-oiled machine. The line was slow and slightly chaotic—below the standard you expect when you’re paying extra for guac. Good food, mediocre execution. I won't be back to this particular location.

When arrived everything was freezing cold like it was all sitting in fridge. The tortilla and everything. Chicken was crisp cold. I am not trying to be sick: thr time from order to house was like 15 mins. Very fast no way it coukd get that cold.
