They’ll never get your order correct even if you order online and it’s literally written out for them, and then the food is never as fresh as it should be. Can’t even get a proper refund or find a way to talk a human about the issues. Chatting with Pepper = not good

The food was great but when I said thank you to the girl at the front for putting napkins out, she gave me the look of death. Younger generations lack work ethic. You need to train your employees better on how to do customer service the right way. I had to ask twice for napkins that weren't where they said they were...🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I've somehow been here twice in the past week and both times it has been great! The portions are good and the vinaigrette was perfect both times. The employees are all nice, but Jessica especially was awesome last week. She was so sweet and helpful with our complicated online order! Definitely will stop at this location again when I'm going through Tucson.

The staff was rude, the servings were super small, got 2 three ingredient burritos, that only if combined could fill up an adult. The serving amount wasn't only just ridiculously small but the price is through the roof. Only got the two burritos, nothing else and paid over $25.00. Will NEVER return. Used to be worth it, but definitely not anymore. Not kid friendly, no child serving options. Have to pay for adult prices for kids burritos.

This is the closest Chipotle to me, I sometimes come here with family and friends. Recently, the bowl they serve feels like charity bowls and not a $12 bowl. They made me go back to cooking. Never coming back again
