I'm giving it an overall four because they are not consistent with the portions The last time I went the girl was really stingy with the rice and so I had to ask for more I mean the bull wasn't even full at all like it usually is and I'm not sure why that is but she just seemed to be stingy with it. Besides that the food was good I got the steak bowl and again barely any rice and my daughter got the honey chicken which was good. The cashier was nice and the food is decently priced.

I waited in line for a total of 20 minutes. There was seven people in front of me and when I got to the front of the line, I asked if they could get more white rice because it was empty, and the girl so that I Could have a seat and wait for it to be done and then when it was done, I would get called back to the front of the line. The white rice was done. There was two people that got in line while I was waiting and she served them first and made me wait and then I finally got the white rice for my bowl, but then there was no pinto beans left so I asked if there was more pinto beans she said yes and then she continued to ask me what chicken I wanted so I told her I wanted the hot chipotle. She walked off with my bowl somewhere And came back and put pinto beans in it, and then she put the chicken. She literally walked off and then A man came up and said “did she really just clock out Without helping this customer?” And then I looked to my right and she got in line so apparently her eating was more important than finishing my bowl so then at that point, I just told them At that point, all I wanted was a drink because it was absolutely disgusting how I was treated On top of that when I left the store, I called and a man answered and didn’t say thank you for calling chipotle he said thank you for calling 20 second so I asked him if I was calling chipotle and then he said yes, so I explained to him the situation he continuously was trying to cut me off and then when I was done telling him what happened all he said was that he was going to have a talk with her he didn’t apologize for it. He didn’t offer Anything As a result of my poor experience and how I was treated, he literally just said he was going to have a talk with her and have a good day and he hung up the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the filthiest (dirtiest) store in Tucson and the staff have rotten attitudes. It has been brought to Chipotle's attention but they will not do anything about it. DO NOT accept items not prepared in front of you. Be careful when walking near the ice and drink dispenser. Actually, just avoid the place.

Chipotle was Chipotle. I got the barbacoa again, and glad I did. The carne had gotten dry and tough over the years, so I switched. My husband still wanted the carne, and in spite of being starving, he ate less than half of his.

It’s a chipotle. They were quick with the online order.
Keep an eye out when at the register. They swapped my gift card out for an empty one as I paid. Might’ve been an honest mistake, but they were super dismissive when I brought it up. It’s not a huge deal since there was only like 10 bucks left on it, but I don’t want it to be worse for the next person. 🤐

Great place love them. everytime I order delivery and ask for vinaigrette they add it and put so much food in the bowl. Most of these Tucson idiots rate it based on corporate problems.
