Had them not put my tacos together because don’t like my tacos falling apart when I go home so they overcharged me for not putting my tacos together what a rip off chipotle do better !!!!!!

This place tries to humiliate you when your not happy with the amount of protein. I asked if I can have more chicken cause she was giving half scoops very pathetic portions and they made it such a big deal and started arguing with me about it. How pathetic is that im the one paying and im the one eating it now im gonna leave hungry cause of this skimpy bowl I got. Thanks to that weird looking Hispanic girl with glasses that made it a huge deal. This place lost me and I don't recommend coming here again

Horrible service. I walked in there with only two customers sitting down eating and four employees, FOUR employees performing random duties around the store. Three of them acknowledged me, with one saying “well be right with you” but no one did. I understand keeping your employees busy, but I think one could stop what they were doing and take my order.

I'm giving it an overall four because they are not consistent with the portions The last time I went the girl was really stingy with the rice and so I had to ask for more I mean the bull wasn't even full at all like it usually is and I'm not sure why that is but she just seemed to be stingy with it. Besides that the food was good I got the steak bowl and again barely any rice and my daughter got the honey chicken which was good. The cashier was nice and the food is decently priced.
Messy environment, always out of my lemonade and the inconsistencies of the meals are awfully. But its still delicious ious!

I waited in line for a total of 20 minutes. There was seven people in front of me and when I got to the front of the line, I asked if they could get more white rice because it was empty, and the girl so that I Could have a seat and wait for it to be done and then when it was done, I would get called back to the front of the line. The white rice was done. There was two people that got in line while I was waiting and she served them first and made me wait and then I finally got the white rice for my bowl, but then there was no pinto beans left so I asked if there was more pinto beans she said yes and then she continued to ask me what chicken I wanted so I told her I wanted the hot chipotle. She walked off with my bowl somewhere And came back and put pinto beans in it, and then she put the chicken. She literally walked off and then A man came up and said “did she really just clock out Without helping this customer?” And then I looked to my right and she got in line so apparently her eating was more important than finishing my bowl so then at that point, I just told them At that point, all I wanted was a drink because it was absolutely disgusting how I was treated On top of that when I left the store, I called and a man answered and didn’t say thank you for calling chipotle he said thank you for calling 20 second so I asked him if I was calling chipotle and then he said yes, so I explained to him the situation he continuously was trying to cut me off and then when I was done telling him what happened all he said was that he was going to have a talk with her he didn’t apologize for it. He didn’t offer Anything As a result of my poor experience and how I was treated, he literally just said he was going to have a talk with her and have a good day and he hung up the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the filthiest (dirtiest) store in Tucson and the staff have rotten attitudes. It has been brought to Chipotle's attention but they will not do anything about it. DO NOT accept items not prepared in front of you. Be careful when walking near the ice and drink dispenser. Actually, just avoid the place.
