There are game machines broken for over 5 months now! The pizza used to be delicious a few years back, but now it has no flavor, it's cheap cardboard but they charge you a premium price.

We had a small group and without a reservation. The service was flawless. Food was hot and delicious. Pizza, wings and fries. We went with the unlimited promotion and the kids had a blast. For a Monday they had a nice crowd. Kudos to isabelle. From ordering food to cashing in tickets she was great with a great aditude.

The monthly pass is probably one of the best deals around, no matter which tier. Daily visits, simple and tasty food, killer staff.. every parent should hop on it.
The staff works very hard, as some days they appear severely understaffed, which may be out of their control. Despite that obstacle, it does not seem to deter them from consistently delivering a memorable experience for the children that walk through their door.

My daughter's birthday was messed up from the jump. The table setting was incorrect. The kids didn't get extra tickets for attending our party. The addition of the trampoline attraction is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Who pays $28 per kid to jump on a trampoline?
On a positive note, our party attentive was A+. They were on the ball for our food, updating our table setting, etc.
I will say also at the end of the party, not enough attendees at the prize counter. If you have 20 kids ready to leave at 6:00, 1 person isn't enough. And 3 other parties are trying to cash out tickets at the same time. More attention at the prize counter please....
