Very displeased with our trip to Chuck E. Cheese last night. Immediately after walking through the door, the whole restaurant smelled like sewer. By the time we left something like eight games were broke. No one came out to fix them at all Each game pays out between one and four tickets on average. Lots of kids running around leading cake and other food on the games with nobody to clean up in between. It was $85 for me and my mom and our two kids to have pizza, cheese, sticks salad, and 60 minutes of game time. Next time, we’ll definitely be going to Peter Piper. Chuck E. Cheese used to be a staple for kids growing up now I would not take my kids there at all.

I just want to give attentive to the young lady who took care of my family tonight… I asked her name and im pretty sure she said Mekendra!! We were indecisive and asked her personal opinion and she was just so patient and sweet and helpful.. then upon playing with all our kids and their add ons that came along staff repeatedly came by to check in on us… Amazing customer service!!! Thank you again Mekendra 🙃🙃🙂🙂
