Placed order online for pickup. My order consisted of 4 3 piece meals and an order of fried okra. One meal was short a chicken strip and I did not get my okra. Went back to the store, let the young lady at the counter know. She sort of stared at another young lady sitting at a table. She asked what I was missing, I told her and they said that it would take three minutes. I asked for a pineapple pie for my inconvenience and got no response. They didn't owe me anything but what I was missing but I thought it would be good customer service.

Yelling in Spanish. Yes, I'm old. But I do understand you. Throws chicken in the box. Goes around to the sink and dips, with a ladle, white water into a cup. Why don't we go away? Thought this was an open business serving people food. Again, I understand what you said. After stand at the counter for over 10 minutes, here we go again. She slowly walks towards the counter. But instead of coming to the counter, she tosses the bag of food onto the counter. Never said a word. I picked up the bag and walked out. Chicken was cold and dry. Potatoes were still white water. Gravy was cold and clumped. The container of grease had a little corn in it. Called, no answer. Probably keep Music up so they can't hear the phone. They'd have to get off the counter to answer it. Overall, I did enjoy my burger from McDonald's. HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! Come inspect. Bring a lot of forms and a clipboard. Tables are full of everything, including flys. PEOPLE- STAY AWAY. TAKE THE MONEY YOU WOULD HAVE WASTED ON GARBAGE, GO BUY A LOTTERY TICKET. YOU'LL HAVE BETTER LUCK AT WINNING THAN BEING ABLE TO EAT THE GARBAGE THROWN HERE. NEVER AGAIN!! Triple zeros!

Shut this place down. This was my first time trying Church’s ever and, honestly, my last as well. The fries were good and the chicken tenders were okay, aside from being pale and seemingly without seasoning. I wasn’t offered any sauces and on my receipt it said “no sauce” (I never said that). The building is dilapidated, inside and out, which is unnerving as far as food quality is concerned. I am astounded this location is still around. Have mercy on everyone, employees and customers alike, and shut this place down.

Went through drive thruand ordered 10 pc mixed only to be told they didn't have and white meat and if we wanted it then we would have to wait 8 minutes and it would then be a special order costing extra! never will we eat there again chicken was still raw when we got home with it had to finish cooking it in the oven. If the manager of this store reads this please know if i get sick your paying my medical bills. Nasty place to order from!!

staff was incredibly rude. i talked to them only briefly as i had a pickup. man at window got mad when i asked for a straw and closed the window door (they closed lobby early and the app doesn’t tell you, that’s probably not their fault but is annoying; 1 star atmosphere) and walked away; 1 star service
edit: just opened my food and didn’t get ANY spicy (i ordered 2) and only received 5 regular (i ordered 4 regular but im still down an entire piece of chicken bc im missing both spicy) and the man lied at the window when i asked if there was silverware in the bag
double edit: i didn’t finish the chicken and i hope it’s just tonight’s staff and not the location (im unfamiliar with this one in particular) because that was the worst church’s i’ve ever had and almost the worst chicken. the breading tasted like nothing and the chicken tasted funny. i don’t think it was in the fryer for long enough as the breading was anything but crunchy and the chicken was like gooey-rubbery and weird (definitely undercooked); 1 star food (the biscuit was pretty good)
i won’t be returning to this one for sure, glad it’s not the one closest to my home 🙏

I only gave a star because that’s the only way l could leave a comment. I got food from this location on broadway and the chicken was so hard l choke as it was going down. I tried calling on the phone nobody answered. So l took the remainder of the chicken l had l bought a two peace. It came up to 540 and she hands me 1.49 and l asked her what is this. She goes I’m not refunding for what you already ate . I told her l didn’t eat it l choke so l spit that part out in the garbage. I told her l did a survey on this receipt and lm calling the health department. So goes call them l don’t care. I ask who is your manger she goes I’m the manager. They were rude yelling at me it was a very bad experience. I love Church’s Chicken but this location it terrible.
They have a new deal for 10 pieces for 1099 which is a good deal.. But I also bought the large jalapeno bombers.. They were semi cold by the time I got home.. And I asked for half spicy and half original.. I received all original..🙁

we walked in to an empty lobby and i can see why. there were 2 women sitting ON a counter on their phones behind the stockpile of chicken sitting out. one woman came around and took our order. she wasn’t listening very well because i had to repeat myself more than once and still received my potatoes with gravy when i asked for none. my boyfriends fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and hot (but bland) and my tenders were completely soft and insanely bland. the fries were soft and didn’t have the slightest sprinkle of even salt. the mashed potatoes also had nothing to them. the only thing i actually ate was the honey biscuits which were pretty good. not to mention the entire time we’re in there, they’ve just got loud music playing from a personal speaker over the faint lobby music while they talk even louder. at one point the woman that had taken our order was on a facetime call right behind the cash register which made it uncomfortable to ask for salt, pepper, or even extra napkins because the only thing they have on the lobby’s side of the counter is the drink fountain so everything else has to be asked for. the first table i tried to sit at had chicken pieces all over it and it seems they don’t sweep often. all in all it was not a good experience and i will absolutely not be returning.
Terrible. I use to live their chicken. Always on point, not anymore chicKen was under Undercooked the breading wooden. Stay on the French fries were old and nasty and the biscuits had been baked way too long. And they were more like rocks. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody
