Went to drive-thru on a Sunday like at 6pm. Ordered sides. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy was great. Mac and cheese was ok but still good. The biscuits are soft and tasty. The employees were nice too.

i tried calling many times, no answer, so that's why i'm writing this review... I went to the drive thru at around 7:pm Wed. evening Oct.15th. I ordered the 4 pc chicken, no sides no drinks. I was told there was about a 6 min wait for the chicken, would that be ok. i replied since its not for me, yes, ill wait. I got up to the window, paid and they immediately handed me my 4 pc. I said, oh, i thought there was a 6 min. wait, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said, no. So off i went. Got home, handed the chicken to my son and he started eating. They had substituted 2 of the 4 pcs for hot/spicey..... which my son would not eat! I guess they didn't want me hanging around, so they gave me 1/2 of what i ordered and 1/2 of what I did not order just to move me on. No one ate the spicy, so i paid for 4, got 2. Very disappointed in that kind of service! Also, so frustrating when they list their phone #, and first it's busy and then there's no answer for over an hour! We go there often but last night was very disappointing!

Horrible experience. When I ordered they were out of chicken strips and out of hot chicken. I could not believe it. They told me they had to make some and it would take 8 minutes. How does a fast food chicken restaurant not have chicken? No one in the lobby and no one in the drive way and out of food? Very odd.

I came to this location, the little Mexican girl who took my order in the drive thru took my order and gave nice at the window I was asked to pull around and park in the front to await my order. I thought ok but with no one else in the drive thru line and only 1 car in the parking lot I did. Waited about 5 min which was fine and she brought my order out and we left. Upon getting home I noticed the One item that makes it a combo meal which is my dam side!! I ordered 1 4pc COMBO and a 2 piece just chicken and 2 pies. I got a drink and chicken and 2 pies but no side!!! I called and what she offered for my inconvenience wasn’t good enough for me to drive back from old Spanish trl and houghton to broadway snd pantsno and then she hangs up on me when I ask to speak to manager. How hard is it to read a screen and match it with a picture on the menu . No wonder there are no cars in the drive thru or parking lot

Placed order online for pickup. My order consisted of 4 3 piece meals and an order of fried okra. One meal was short a chicken strip and I did not get my okra. Went back to the store, let the young lady at the counter know. She sort of stared at another young lady sitting at a table. She asked what I was missing, I told her and they said that it would take three minutes. I asked for a pineapple pie for my inconvenience and got no response. They didn't owe me anything but what I was missing but I thought it would be good customer service.

What did you say? Can't hear because of the overly loud music. Yelled my order. How much? Can't hear. Make it to go. Music will make a head ache for sure. Girl slloowwlllyyy walks to the food. Yelling in Spanish. Yes, I'm old. But I do understand you. Throws chicken in the box. Goes around to the sink and dips, with a ladle, white water into a cup. Why don't we go away? Thought this was an open business serving people food. Again, I understand what you said. After stand at the counter for over 10 minutes, here we go again. She slowly walks towards the counter. But instead of coming to the counter, she tosses the bag of food onto the counter. Never said a word. I picked up the bag and walked out. Chicken was cold and dry. Potatoes were still white water. Gravy was cold and clumped. The container of grease had a little corn in it. Called, no answer. Probably keep Music up so they can't hear the phone. They'd have to get off the counter to answer it. Overall, I did enjoy my burger from McDonald's. HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! Come inspect. Bring a lot of forms and a clipboard. Tables are full of everything, including flys. PEOPLE- STAY AWAY. TAKE THE MONEY YOU WOULD HAVE WASTED ON GARBAGE, GO BUY A LOTTERY TICKET. YOU'LL HAVE BETTER LUCK AT WINNING THAN BEING ABLE TO EAT THE GARBAGE THROWN HERE. NEVER AGAIN!! Triple zeros!
