I was so disappointed in this location. The chicken was not hot and was dried out. There was a greasy film in your mouth after eating a bite. You would think the food would have been fresh around lunch time. Trying to communicate with the staff was completely impossible due to the language barrier.

Food is always excellent. The service is a mixed bag, but they are usually prompt about correcting their mistakes. Panhandlers in the parking lot can be a bit off putting. Security was very responsive.

At this location to my amazement was very clean, this location has been around for many years I never wanted to stop by for fear that it would be very greasy and dirty like most locations that sell chicken. but the crew was amazing they were quick efficient and very very clean which I appreciate, so hats off too them all. I did not catch any names but they were very hard workers. and the food was cooked correctly very good 👍 I ordered a large family feast and they got everything right. Of course in this times prices are a little high but when you're in a hurry and you need quick food it was worth it when they get your order correct. The atmosphere from the crew was very good they were upbeat and ready to work they did not shy behind their counters again a good quality and because of their efficiency your wait time was very very minimal..
Always get what you expect a hot delicious crispy box of chicken. All employees have been very courteous.
