I appreciate that in customer service.. and I just want to say thank you for all your help I believe her name is Judydon't quote me on that but I think that's what her name was but anyways I just want to say thank you and have a Merry Christmas... ☃️I will be back...

Brand new 3.99 chicken sandwich the bomb. Add a couple plain jalapenos to that, yummy. But they do have jalapeno poppers too. Yummy but no cheese. ? I adapt BYO cheese! Yummy

I just left the drive-thru I was watching the employees prep our food there was 3 employees working at the the guy who was working kept touching his arms with his gloves on start touching his mask then got on his phone then started handing our food in front of the manger. I also told the girl that was helping at the window what I seen him do all she said was oh ill let him know. With this whole pandemic thats going on they are not sanitary was extremely disappointed

Sign said lobby closes at 6PM. I was running a little. It was 5:55 PM on 6 PM and lobby closed I brought to the attention of cashier. He gave me a to bad for you look the ignored me. I tried calling restaurant and phone was turned off. Very unprofessional on employees part. Never going back there again. Even though it's the closest to my house. I know my not ghb oing there won't vlise the restaurant. But I'll have my piece of mind.

I know not to expect a whole lot from a fast food chicken restaurant but I happened to be in the mood and hadn't had Church's in a while so I went for it. Sadly the best part of the meal was the packaging, very secure. The chicken that was supposed to be all spicy pieces was mixed and dry, looking like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. My side of mac and cheese was barely half full in the small container and also looked old. Eh I doctored up the food as best I could with some hot sauce and finished it off. Lesson learned to go elsewhere.

Whew, they're getting close to perfection at the window! One thing to suggest, the person who operates the window should take the payment. Three other glove staff should present the product. And the customer has to submit a CONTAGIOUS SMILE!

Spent $15. & The breast sizes were so small I was still hungry...Very disappointed2 breasts and 2 small sides.Thought the slaw was good it was swimming in sauce I had to dump out in order to finish it.Tasted good priced bad..KFC same price better portions.

My tenders looked very light in color, but I gotta tell ya, they were the BEST I've had from a QSR in a long time. Fresh grease, tastes so pure. And those honey biscuits are such a nice finish to the meal.
