I swear. They have Dyslexia, poor customer service and just downright lazy. I stood there for 10 mkns waiting for them to take my order. Not like they were busy or had a drive thru. I won't be going back to that one.

I used to love going to this location it was so fast and hardly any wait for my food and it was always correct! Here in the past three months it has been nothing but slow response time and incomplete/incorrect orders. I waited over 40 minutes last night for an order. I sat there watching people order after me and get their food before me just for mine to be incomplete. I don't know if they had a change in management or what but I won't be coming back.

I ordered on the app and this is the first location that got it perfect. The order was exactly what it should be. Chicken was cooked fresh. Staff was very courteous. Nothing was missing.
I don't live here but would definitely visit again. I strongly encourage you to do the same.

This Church's is showing it's old age. There's no drive thru; there is a walk up window. The lobby is tiny and it offers one bathroom for all genders. That's the bad, here's the good. The food was delicious, they have staffed the place with youngsters who may or may not be out of high school. Whoever is doing the hiring should be asked to hand pick our next president. The employees are clean and neat in appearance and in working with the food. They all work together and they all seem like they're smart, articulate and want to help. I haven't been this impressed with this generation for a long time.

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to give my order. I co I ldnt possibly tell you when those greasy floors were last mopped . I wouldn't dine in at this store . The Cole slaw container was only about 1/2 to 3/4 full and it was supposed to be a large same with mashed potatos and the rolls were very hard and we asked for sauce but got none or honey. The food was good and hot is why I give it 2 stars. Good help is hard to find. Keep trying.

My wife ordered over 90$ in food and the cashier told her they had to make more chicken which we love, she responded telling the man she didn't mind waiting for the order but the guy was so worried about getting off 😞 of work and gave her all the smallest pieces just to get her out the door my wife being the sweetheart she is didnt argue although dispute him asking her what sizes she wanted. Not only that but as the customers backed up the manager was in the lobby mopping the same areas wail the employee became more frustrated with his job i would not spend my hard earned money there again until this store changed its way almost $100 in food and the service was horrible
