Received my $85 order and it was completely botched and cold. I didn't receive everything. I tried calling, no answer. Such wonderful customer service. Thank you!
Second bad experience at this location in a row, once again the staff were not welcoming and had an attitude as if my patronage was an inconvenience to them, as well as a jokingly small portion size of fries that came with the #5 chicken sandwich meal deal. (Picture included).I won't be coming back to this location ever again despite it being so conveniently close, nor will my girlfriend.

I ordered chicken but surprised it’s expensive now from $15 to $20.64 for the 12 pcs. Before we can order all Breast or thigh now it’s mix☹️. Anyway this shop is newly renovated unfortunately I was waiting for 25 mins for my chicken and NO FREE WIFI. Very disappointing!!!
They opened at 10, I was there at 10:10 to place an order and was told it would be at least 10 minutes before the chicken would be ready because of the wait for the fryers to heat up!SO WHY DO YOU OPEN AT 10???

Just disappointed. After a long day and a busy night we wanted a meal for the family. Got the Texas sized grande meal. Bag was stable I'm my car. I got home to gravy dumped all over the bottom. The lid was not on fully. Also there was no honey for the biscuits. I haven't had any food yet so hopefully it tastes ok. No gravy for mashed potatoes when feeding little kids. Please secure the lids. It was a real mess.

I love there chicken but sometimes they can be a lazy when they cook the food.
I just ordered food. Gave me wrong meal, called the number listed twice and they don’t answer. I want my food corrected and someone to answer a call. This is horrible food service. No receipt was given at time of purchase.If I was a sting (auditor) I would definitely knock this store for poor service from a - z

Whet to buy chicken. Had no white meat chicken and would have to wait at least 20 minutes. Had to go to to another churches. This is not a first time occurrence. Happens 95% of the time. Golf links and Kolb.
