This is the second time I rode across town to this location and they had no chicken breast. Two hours before close..And theres a 25 minute wait for it. I already waited 20 minutes in the drive thru..so I wasnt going to wait in the car any longer. Makes me sad but I dont think ill be returning to this location again.

I ordered 1 6pc chicken and a 12 PC. They only had enough chicken for a 12pc. We asked them to put each 6 piece in a box. They put it all in one box. I ordered a Sprite and coleslaw I was not charged for either of it nor did I receive it.

UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST!!! i do the free 2 piece survey, and the unprofessional lady, tells me i can only get one piece not to mention their VAPING inside the store where there is food at….

The food is excellent. But every time I order take out the front workers always forget one or two of my orders mashed potatoes,chicken etc. They need to pay more attention. I'm tired of driving back-and-forth to get the my order right. 😒

Customer Service could be better. The young man didn't say, how can I help you or even thank you for coming in, nothing. Not even a smile. But it wasn't terrible. The food was excellent, and the store was really cute.
