I asked for two orders of buffalo boneless wings and a 4pc spicy chicken. The guy repeated my order and in his words, “just to make sure we get it right” and everything right on my receipt but the food was not right. We got plain everything. Im on my way to work and when I get there with 10mins to eat the food, I of course call and call and call again the restaurant multiple times until they finally answer only to tell me that they cannot remake the order because we ate the food… It is in MY INCONVENIENCE not the restaurant. We had to eat the food because I was on my way to work and my kids needed to eat. He did not offer any helpful resolution to the issue. Its not right. It really feels like I got scammed and cannot have any control and loss money on a unfavorable meal.

I am literally blown away by this churches chicken. I’ve been to several churches in Tucson, Arizona, but this place was by far the best. First of all the service was absolutely amazing. I was so indecisive couldn’t figure out what I wanted. The gentleman on the speaker was not only super professional super patient but help me out tremendously with ordering two huge huge family orders.! The service was completely impeccable amazing absolutely stunning. The name on the receipt says David G I’m not sure if that’s the guy that helped me but if it was, I just wanna say thank you David. Thank you thank you thank you so much for setting a good example being professional, but also taking the time to help me out not only was I starving being grouchy and indecisive. You were just so gentle and because you were calm, it helped me get through the order that I needed to get through while dealing with placing a second family order over the phone while at the menu board, which is also frustrating again thank you guys so much!!! not to mention for two extremely big family meals and several add-ons to feed nine people it was $60. It sure beats spending almost $80 at Chick-fil-A to only feed four people.!!! Not to mention the food and service was so much better!!!
