I was craving chicken after a serene sunset hike. Church came to mind. I ordered a quick 3-piece combo with some mac and cheese. The dark chicken was so hellah tasty & juicy while the mac and cheese totally hit the spot! I'm glad I went to Church to end the night.

The lobby had a dirty floor, the cashier seemed confused on what he was doing. The chicken was not very good. Not sure if Church's changed recipe but the ones in Phoenix are better

It's a solid chicken choice. The chicken is always prepared well, and the staff will guide you on your chicken quest with a smile and patience rarely experienced in this type of setting. Place was a little rough around the edges, but it's worth the dreary decor to get your hands on this menu.

Horrible chicken bad customer service and their food is very disgusting. They gave my husband food poisoning trying to call the store they don’t even answer. I’m bout to call corporate because this is ridiculous. They shouldn’t even be serving if they’re gonna give people food poisoning and have horrible chicken that taste like it’s been deep fried and some bad ass oil and they’re mac & cheese is disgusting no flavor. Looks like it was warmed up three days ago two days ago like no horrible churches chicken all the other ones were really good but this one on the sixth is very bad. Don’t recommend.
If there was an option to give no stars, that would be my choice!! I ordered via drive thru, I had to wait for my order to be completed due to the “okra being cooked“ we finally get the order, the okra tastes n feels like it was cooked yesterday and then re-dipped in the oil just then. Then don’t get me started on the chicken, HORRIBLE! So I call the store when I stop driving, they answer after maybe 5-6 minutes of ringing, I explain who I am and my concern, then I get hung up on… Yea it’s a guarantee that I’m calling corporate in the morning. I just wanted my order redone maybe tomorrow or so but now it’s going to be escalated further!!

This evening, I visited the drive-thru and ordered the 10-piece chicken family meal. The drive-thru worker was friendly, and we received our food promptly, which I appreciated. However, the chicken was cold, and dry, it tasted as though it had been prepared much earlier in the day. On a positive note, the biscuits were enjoyable.

Chicken is always delicious but we didn't get what we actually ordered or paid for. Good luck ordering from any app you're gonna get screwed and the store will not answer the phone to address it. No chicken breasts, no mashed potatoes and no Mac and cheese which were all paid for on the receipt. Called three times without an answer.
