If there was an option to give no stars, that would be my choice!! I ordered via drive thru, I had to wait for my order to be completed due to the “okra being cooked“ we finally get the order, the okra tastes n feels like it was cooked yesterday and then re-dipped in the oil just then. Then don’t get me started on the chicken, HORRIBLE! So I call the store when I stop driving, they answer after maybe 5-6 minutes of ringing, I explain who I am and my concern, then I get hung up on… Yea it’s a guarantee that I’m calling corporate in the morning. I just wanted my order redone maybe tomorrow or so but now it’s going to be escalated further!!

This evening, I visited the drive-thru and ordered the 10-piece chicken family meal. The drive-thru worker was friendly, and we received our food promptly, which I appreciated. However, the chicken was cold, and dry, it tasted as though it had been prepared much earlier in the day. On a positive note, the biscuits were enjoyable.

Chicken is always delicious but we didn't get what we actually ordered or paid for. Good luck ordering from any app you're gonna get screwed and the store will not answer the phone to address it. No chicken breasts, no mashed potatoes and no Mac and cheese which were all paid for on the receipt. Called three times without an answer.

Got ripped off a side of mashed potatoes and didn't get my corn got tired of arguing with the guy. The okra was burned the chicken skin was burnt the chicken was pink I'm so mad I don't even wanna go down there that's $60 I'm out of food. I can eat the jalapeno poppers and the 1 side of mashed potatoes. Yay me.
Terrible customer service. When I came in to order the servers purposely ignored me as I stood there for 15 minutes. They knew I came in but refused to look at my direction and kept taking drive thru orders and not assist anyone at the counter.
As with most fast food restaurants, we can no longer afford to eat here because of the increased prices. I hate when I tell them that I am done ordering and they tell me to try their stupid pie or whatever. It just goes to show they weren't paying attention to what I said when I was ordering. Sometimes we have to ask for hot sauce because they don't always give it to us. Companies need to stop forcing their employees to upsell.

When I need to feed a family I go here Great family deals and when I had food stamps you could feed your family with your ebt card. This was just Awesome. Okra corn on the cob too. Great Job guys.

I haven't been to a Churches Chicken since my childhood and boy have I been missing out, I got the most freshest food and sides where very good, I was so impressed I went back the next day!!
