Chicken is always delicious but we didn't get what we actually ordered or paid for. Good luck ordering from any app you're gonna get screwed and the store will not answer the phone to address it. No chicken breasts, no mashed potatoes and no Mac and cheese which were all paid for on the receipt. Called three times without an answer.

Got ripped off a side of mashed potatoes and didn't get my corn got tired of arguing with the guy. The okra was burned the chicken skin was burnt the chicken was pink I'm so mad I don't even wanna go down there that's $60 I'm out of food. I can eat the jalapeno poppers and the 1 side of mashed potatoes. Yay me.
Terrible customer service. When I came in to order the servers purposely ignored me as I stood there for 15 minutes. They knew I came in but refused to look at my direction and kept taking drive thru orders and not assist anyone at the counter.
As with most fast food restaurants, we can no longer afford to eat here because of the increased prices. I hate when I tell them that I am done ordering and they tell me to try their stupid pie or whatever. It just goes to show they weren't paying attention to what I said when I was ordering. Sometimes we have to ask for hot sauce because they don't always give it to us. Companies need to stop forcing their employees to upsell.

When I need to feed a family I go here Great family deals and when I had food stamps you could feed your family with your ebt card. This was just Awesome. Okra corn on the cob too. Great Job guys.

I haven't been to a Churches Chicken since my childhood and boy have I been missing out, I got the most freshest food and sides where very good, I was so impressed I went back the next day!!
The staff was incredibly nice and polite and the food was good for the low price tbh

i was very disappointed with the service at this churches.They gave me unsweet tea when i asked for sweet tea when i told them they looked at me like how dare i complain, and still gave me tea with the sugar at the bottom of the cup never made a new one just put sugar in the cup.So un professional.Never coming to this location.No sense of urgency and just plain lazy
Ordered spicy fried chicken with a half a gallon of unsweetened iced tea. The receipt says unsweetened iced tea. Two people in the family are diabetic so I received a half gallon of sweet iced tea. We tried for more than 15 phone calls to the number on the receipt and the number on the webpage, no one answered. Upon closer examination of the ice tea there’s a box on there once box is sweetened. One box is unsweetened. There’s not a check in either one of them so the company itself is the big problem but there’s no label or anything on the outside that says it’s sweetener unsweet we poured a little bit in a cup and it was definitely sweet. Chicken was very greasy that KFC was actually better, which is surprising because I can’t stand KFC my advice go anyplace but these people if they’re not even gonna answer their phone that’s horrible Customer Service. We tried several different phone numbers that we found for different locations. None of the locations answered their phones.
