I travel in from north phoenix and this is one of the best churches chicken I’ve been to from Gabbi greeting me her customer service is amazing and the chicken was perfect so thank you Gabbi for making this experience amazing on my lunch at work on 4th of July
We came in tonight to get a 16-piece box of chicken, and the pieces were little dried-up things, unreal!! More like chicken Jerky. It's lousy, chewy, stringy, and dry. So we won't be back! At least to this location.

We just went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders (tenders only). They told us to pull to the front parking lot. They brought it out. When we got home we realized that there was only 17 pieces. The chicken was okay, but they shorted us 3 pieces. This place was a lot better a few years ago but they've gone downhill. Every time I've been here they lock the door earlier and earlier in the evening and force you to go through the drive through. I remember when we could go inside and sit down at a table to have dinner. That's not true anymore. I didn't rate for atmosphere because we couldn't go inside. Next time I'm going to go to Raising Cane's on Valencia. They're better.

It's 8:13 and the employees will not take anymore orders as their speaker says they're closed, but there are customers in line at the window. Online says they do not close until 10 pm.

I placed a $30 online order a few days ago. When I got the order, they left out one chicken order and one mashed potato order which also made my extra gravy order obsolete with nothing to put the gravy on. I called the store but nobody answers the phone. I sent my complaint through the website and nobody has contacted me. I’m out $9.
I highly recommend driving to Lucky Wishbone down the street on Mission or Popeye’s on Irvington.

Incredibly disappointed in the food. My mouth was watering for that delicious piece of crispy but soft fried chicken. The chicken was overcooked and very difficult to bite into. The chicken on the other side was meager and also overcooked. Had to throw most of it away.

I just wish that they would put more icing on apple pies and allow them to cool before placing them in the box, so that they don't stick to the wax paper

Chicken was terribly dry, biscuits were rock hard. Spent $25 on the family meal. What a waste

They are not to friendly or welcoming can list many possibilities why not but the fact is it's your job description to be welcoming acknowledgement patience and to be fast & accurate but definitely not coming here again if you do ALWAYS LOOK inside your boxes or bags because they dont get oders right or complete
