We just went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders (tenders only). They told us to pull to the front parking lot. They brought it out. When we got home we realized that there was only 17 pieces. The chicken was okay, but they shorted us 3 pieces. This place was a lot better a few years ago but they've gone downhill. Every time I've been here they lock the door earlier and earlier in the evening and force you to go through the drive...

My family and I have loved Church's Texas Chicken from way before Texas got involved. While their inside dining has improved over the years, it's still a take out place for us.We really love the crunchy, crispy, fried coating. It's one of the best we find. The potatoes and gravy are four star quality, but they are mass produced, so they get a pass. My wife and I love the honey butter biscuits are pretty good. (I'd prefer more honey.)
