Everything's always fresh and good, service is good, clean place, but I gave them 4 stars bcuz they have cheap, thin, nasty fish filets, and I really wanted some good, fluffy, battered fish the other day like LJS, but ended up with flat, puny, yuck fish. Everything else is great. Churches, please.. change your fish..

If i can give a zero i would! The store manager Samantha was rude and not helpful at all. I tired calling the restaurant before heading that way and was told they were to busy to answer, yet they were standing around with one car in drive thur. Will never spend my money here again.

I would like to share caution to anyone that’s eaten here within the last two days, I have been suffering from food poisoning after eating at this location. My partner and I ate the same breakfast and lunch and he is fine, our only difference was what we each got for dinner (guess what I chose). God-speed, fellow weak digestion tracked people.

I went to wetmore location churchs around 5:20pm on 1/20/2025 drive thru lady wearing red shirt chunky worst manners ever had a very unfriendly unapproachable face no hi how are you total is ..... please thank you have a nice day needs customer service training

The drive thru attendant (the name given was Daniel) did not want to cook a certain parts of my order because he did not want to have to clean before closing, mind you I arrived 30min before closing. Once I got to the window he was rude. Also I always pay for an item that is not in my order.

I have tried to get chicken form this location two separate times and every time I’ve went there, they never have any chicken. It’s always we are out of chicken. I literally have to drive all the way across town just to get churches chicken because the one closest to my area never has any. This is super poor management and A supreme inconvenience to the customer.

Website and sign on door said they were open, I ordered food online and paid for it… When I got there they said they were closed and that they closed early on Black Friday and never posted it anywhere… Never got any food , when I told them about it they said they needed to go through a district manager to get refunded… Almost a month later and never got worked out…Feel like I got robbed , go some place else if you want chicken

I have problems with the female next time I will call the police on her The female was loud talking Spanish she was rude she handed my order she was talking about something nasty She was negative talking about other people being unhappy with their life they don’t work they are happy with themselves she made me feel bad unhappy she’s annoying two employees I had a problem with they didn’t even say thank you Next time I want to treated with respect I felt no respect from the employees I got 2 for 4 dollars I would gave the place 4-2 that’s my judgement

I went there one morning at the time that they opened their doors 10:00 looking so forward to having some great chicken for an early lunch. Mind you, it says it opens at 10:00, I walk in and they say we're sorry we don't have any food it'll be about 20 or 30 minutes. I walked out won't go back.

Why do I have to circle around and get back into line to get jalapeños purchased for an online order? Why would she not give me both the meals that were paid for separately when I had a confirmation number for the second order. She was nothing but rude to me. “The jalapeños aren’t free” I asked if I could buy some not just can you throw some jalapeños in the bag.
The food is great but the customer service is horrible. The workers talk crap about customers in Spanish. The cashiers are rude.

We went here on a friends recommendation. When we placed our order we were not asked what seasoning we wanted on the chicken. We proceeded to ask if we could change to the one desired (less than 2 minutes later), and the rude “team leader” advised we had to tell her before paying shifting the blame as if the customer is the one who should provide themselves this customer service and somehow expecting the customer to know. Isn’t it standard procedure to ask these kinds of questions and not expect the customer to know these kinds of things?
I asked to speak to a manager and the “team leaders” answer was that I could wait 1.5 hours for her at a table. When asking for the phone number to call back at that time, this person response was that they do not have a phone.
Terrible customer service from some rude and under the influence employees. $50 for a meal and we did not even get the courtesy to get what we wanted.
