I went to pick up a order, and one of the employees Were in his phone the whole time The order was Submit at 6 It says it was gonna be ready at 6:15 I went inside at 6:20 and The lady Told me that the chicken wasn’t ready And I have to wait Another 20 to 30 minutes For my order And the guy was on his phone the whole time. And the other girl was doing everything I don’t think this is appropriate I don’t mind waiting for my food But being on your phone While I’m waiting for my food it’s not correct. I’m still waiting for my food, and he still on his phone.

I ordered delivery and never received it so I come to the restaurant and they refused to give me a refund OR REMAKE THE ORDER. They’re contracted to deliver with grubhub so they told me to call them and Grubhub said they need to issue the refund because I ordered through the Church’s app and they refused. The manager was rude and refused to help all she did was call the district manger for all of 15 seconds and refused to solve my issue saying they couldn’t help because my food was already picked up even though the tracking app said it was never even picked up.

I did an online order around 9pm on November 28 and they called me to tell me that they had to cancel my order because they were closing early cause of black Friday. But they haven't refunded my money. I called the number it tells me that the call can't be completed. Not happy at all. I came from Phoenix to visit my aunt.

Ordered a 5 piece original tenders, with fries and a soda.
Asked for 2 extra sauces and of course lady was adamant about me paying 50 cents each for both sauces, but forgot my damn fries 🍟.
Lady put like 10 sauces in the bag but forgot to put the fries in the box 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Last time I come here, sad experience after a 12 hour shift.

I ordered a two piece chicken breast and a leg side mashed potatoes and apple pie. I got a chicken breast and two legs biscuit and apple pie. I was charged the meal I received but not what I ordered and the apple no longer has a white glaze on it. I really wanted the mash potatoes and the chicken breast was for my dog normally fills a paper plate but the chicken breast I received was barely equal a half of cup. Of chicken. I generally go twice a month and I will continue being a customer for my dog but not for me

Food is decent but the wait is usually 5-10 minutes and after you pay they make you wait on the side so it doesn't affect their times. I was the only car in line and they still managed to get my order wrong after reading it back three times. also charge $0.50 per sauce you order if you don't get any tenders which is absolutely ridiculous. If you charge for sauces that come in bulk you'll lose more customers than you gain in those meager profits. Stop being greedy

Drove all the way from the other side of town only to be told they only had 10 tenders left from the entire menu our only option was 10 tenders at 930 pm and they close at 10, now I understand being lazy and not wanting to cook more chicken but that is your job and at least offer me to wait for you to cook more. Plus there was a line of 3 cars behind me, what are you going to tell them if I take the tenders, that the chicken place is out of chicken? Then when I asked the guy if the tenders were at least fresh he literally said “no they’ve been sitting for a while”, thanks for being honest bro but you guys are insane if you think that’s how you engage with people with whom you need to come spend money for your place to remain open, fast food is just horrible these days. It blows my mind the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for your customers this place exhibits. Better off just spending 10 on a pack of chicken and throw it in the oven.

Didn’t give me the extra biscuits I ordere/paid for, scanned my reward code for chicken then asked to rescan bc ‘it isn’t showing’ then after second scan said ‘now it’s saying it was redeemed.’ Probably bc it was just scanned… then I had to request to get my debit card back after being handed food and being left at window. phone line says it busy
