I ordered a two piece chicken breast and a leg side mashed potatoes and apple pie. I got a chicken breast and two legs biscuit and apple pie. I was charged the meal I received but not what I ordered and the apple no longer has a white glaze on it. I really wanted the mash potatoes and the chicken breast was for my dog normally fills a paper plate but the chicken breast I received was barely equal a half of cup. Of chicken. I generally go twice a month and I will continue being a customer for my dog but not for me

Food is decent but the wait is usually 5-10 minutes and after you pay they make you wait on the side so it doesn't affect their times. I was the only car in line and they still managed to get my order wrong after reading it back three times. also charge $0.50 per sauce you order if you don't get any tenders which is absolutely ridiculous. If you charge for sauces that come in bulk you'll lose more customers than you gain in those meager profits. Stop being greedy

Drove all the way from the other side of town only to be told they only had 10 tenders left from the entire menu our only option was 10 tenders at 930 pm and they close at 10, now I understand being lazy and not wanting to cook more chicken but that is your job and at least offer me to wait for you to cook more. Plus there was a line of 3 cars behind me, what are you going to tell them if I take the tenders, that the chicken place is out of chicken? Then when I asked the guy if the tenders were at least fresh he literally said “no they’ve been sitting for a while”, thanks for being honest bro but you guys are insane if you think that’s how you engage with people with whom you need to come spend money for your place to remain open, fast food is just horrible these days. It blows my mind the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for your customers this place exhibits. Better off just spending 10 on a pack of chicken and throw it in the oven.

Didn’t give me the extra biscuits I ordere/paid for, scanned my reward code for chicken then asked to rescan bc ‘it isn’t showing’ then after second scan said ‘now it’s saying it was redeemed.’ Probably bc it was just scanned… then I had to request to get my debit card back after being handed food and being left at window. phone line says it busy 👎🏻

Only car in the drive thru and they still managed to mess up every item we ordered, okra seemed old and dried out or extremely over cooked, chicken tenders were supposed spicy and weren’t and they gave us no sauce, spicy chicken sandwich was burnt and had no sauce, got our drink sizes wrong, and managed to make us feel rushed while being the only car in the drive thru. Rude service

Every time we come here they're out of something. Last time they were out of breast this time they're out of apple pies. We got 13 pieces of chicken and not one napkin. I shouldn't have to ask for napkins.

Everything's always fresh and good, service is good, clean place, but I gave them 4 stars bcuz they have cheap, thin, nasty fish filets, and I really wanted some good, fluffy, battered fish the other day like LJS, but ended up with flat, puny, yuck fish. Everything else is great. Churches, please.. change your fish..

If i can give a zero i would! The store manager Samantha was rude and not helpful at all. I tired calling the restaurant before heading that way and was told they were to busy to answer, yet they were standing around with one car in drive thur. Will never spend my money here again.

I would like to share caution to anyone that’s eaten here within the last two days, I have been suffering from food poisoning after eating at this location. My partner and I ate the same breakfast and lunch and he is fine, our only difference was what we each got for dinner (guess what I chose). God-speed, fellow weak digestion tracked people.
