Had a delicious experience. It was a special dinner, so I had requested lamb chops to be served when I made the reservation. It took quite awhile to get the lamb chops initially, and the gaucho then put 1 chop on my husband's plate and immediately left our table. That was disappointing. We finally were served a couple more chops. The rest of the service was impeccable. Food and drinks delicious. We will return, but will not tolerate a rude gaucho.

We went here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It was a Sunday late afternoon so the one half of the restaurant was busy and a bit loud to carry on a conversation. After a few diners had finished and left, the noise level was much better. We went for the whole experience of all the meat and salad bar. The salad bar is excellent, croutons a little stale in the salads but other than that.....The complementary rolls are the best! I believe it was Jacob M that brought the bottle of wine we ordered and he was great! All the staff worked hard to please the diners. The only complaint I had with the pork ribs, a bit dry. It was pointed out that was because it was at the end of the serving tower. The nice young man offered to bring a more moist serving which wasn't necessary - we had plenty of other choices. No one will leave here hungry? The bacon wrapped chicken was very moist and flavorful. Try this place ~ you'll love it!

Celebrated my partners birthday here. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. I do recommend the reservation since it was pretty full when we arrived. Our waiter explained everything in detail of how the meal would work, things to try, etc. Full bar available along with signature Brazilian cocktails. Whenever we would flip our card to green, we almost instantly had someone bringing us meat options. The salad bar has a little bit of everything you could want. I also appreciated the cleanliness of everything from bathrooms, dining room, and even the serving wares. We are happy to have tried this place and we will be back!

First time taking my son to a steakhouse, Brazilian or otherwise. The meat just kept coming and he had the biggest smile on his face. It was a little pricey for the quality, but definitely worth the experience.

Everything is perfect, except our server cleaned our table, and that is great, but we sat and waited a very long time for the server to bring the check. As we got there, we saw a couple sitting a very long time waiting for their check, after already asking for it a couple of times, I suppose they never got it, so they left I guess.

First time coming here and it was so good! Great service, food, and drinks! For drinks my boyfriend got the pineapple old fashioned and I got the Cucumber mint smash. For food the Picanha house cut was by far my favorite piece of meat served(I said yes to it 4x). The ribs were so good and Im not a rib person. We never got to try the filet mignon sadly but hopefully next time we go they come by with it. The bacon wrapped chicken was very yummy too. There was a couple pieces of meat we didn't care for because they weren't seasoned as much as we would of liked and they were chewy so those we just put to the side after trying a bite. So let's talk about cheese.. they brought cheese by that looked like it was grilled and they drizzled it with honey.. OMG! So good, I wanted to eat all of it. I didnt care for pork belly w/ honey, and mashers(they bring to table). The bananas they brought were good but different! The rolls were very yummy! They had a very large salad/side bar that we tried not to get crazy with cause let's be honest we came for the meat. Also don't forget to flip the card to green when you want food and when your ready for a break flip to red! Overall we would definitely come back but it's more of a place you would go to maybe once a year at the most unless you try the bar menu which we are excited to try next time.

Trying very hard at being fancy. The wait staff were attentive and the meat for the most part was very good, but @ $50 a plate it's a bit spendy for what is essentially a gussied up buffet.Parking: It's located out at Tucson Mall by Cheesecake Factory and the serpentine parking flow is extremely annoying and is insufficient for the patron load.
