Never go to this Cinnabon! The food is horrible and when I tried to explain to the manager she was extremely rude and off putting. I don't know who ownes this franchise but they need better management. They really need to get rid of that snaggel toothed lady...seriously I never seen a grill soo wrecked.

Was unable to get served from this place. Employees ignored us, never even making eye contact. We were up at the counter, but they would help new people who were walking up. We asked several times where to put in an order, and the employee closest to us ignored us. He had his blue earbud in his ear. We finally walked away after that.

I love these places so douses my family and friends we go at least once a month not to price and can tack it to go if asked by a customer, very friendly, employees, and workers keep their working Environments, very, clean, and up to date all ways make good cinnamons made just right the way you want it.

Came here around 7pm waited for about ten minutes. While I was waiting in “line” the tall cashier guy was busy having a conversation the whole time , while the another long hair employee made eye contact without any one of them asking if I need help. Sorry but this has to be the worst service that I ever seen.

I went there and got in line at 7:40 pm. There was about 6 people in front of me. There were 4 employees but only 1 person was actually doing anything for the customers. His customer service was horrible. At about 7:53 all the employees went to the back. They then all came back out at about 7:56. When I finally got to the counter to order at exactly 8 pm. I was rude told that I could not order anything because they were closed. I stood in line for 20 minutes and got nothing.
I was recently at the mall because my daughter was getting the princess package at Pam's Fizzy Factory.
While I waited I walked across the walkway to Cinnabun. The guy there was so nice. I got a fountain drink and a box to go. I went back and shared with the girls at the salon and they had nothing but nice things to say about the staff there.
When I was young we always stopped here when we were at the mall and I'm so glad they are still here and that I can share this with my kids
Parking: It's located at the mall so there's tons of parking
Kid-friendliness: It's at the mall so often there are tons of little ones there.
Wheelchair accessibility: My older child is in a wheelchair and since this is a mall location it's 100% accessible
