Went to this location on Sunday and asked for a regular Cinnabon to go and the female employee very rudely told me that I had to wait because it was going be about seven minutes until they were done. So I said that’s fine and told her I would be back. As I was leaving I turned back and said seven minutes right? And she looked at me like I was stupid and said yeah. So I went to the play area to wait for my Cinnabon as my family was there and while I sat there, I was watching this employee and another male employee make them. No hair nets, gloves, and nothing that covered this male employees beard as they touched everything and anything wiping his nose with his hand and proceeded to touch the food. I’ll never go back. The male employee was sweating. He kept wiping the sweat off his forehead and proceeded to wipe his nose as he touched food and utensils. Disgusting!!

Christina L was a horrible clerk. If you hate your job quit. Stank face, rude attitude, spoke with a nasty attitude for any question we had. If your working there just to try and kill people's mood. No one wants you there.

I have been coming to this location for probably 10 years and never had issues. Went today to use a birthday coupon. I have used this one the same way for years, go up to the counter and show them the email and never once had a problem until today. Both the women there were absolutely so incredibly rude, one a manager and the other a crew member. I showed them like I always have just to be told we can't do anything without you having the app because we need a code, I asked why when it says show associate and they just kept arguing and speaking very rude. I should have checked the other reviews prior about the staff having attitudes cuz now I won't be back, I'll go to Tucson Mall instead cuz yes I could have just gotten the app but absolutely not after being spoken to that way

Very rude employees, especially Christina L on the register. She should not be at the register with her attitude. I noticed she was just rude to all customers including myself. The drink I order was great and Cinnabon was alright. But the service and atmosphere was hard to come by.

The food was good but the service was so bad. The guy saw us standing at the counter for a little bit before he finally came over and with an attitude asked what we wanted and then threw the food in bag. He was very careless and the food was upside down when we took it out. He was obviously very annoyed that people were even there.

Christina (i think thats how her name is spelled) was so nice! Her happiness and positivity is super contagious! Got my order almost right away (they had just finished icing some fresh rolls) and the service was overall amazing. I live a long ways from my nearest cinnabon, but I’ll definitely make the drive to the park mall cinnabon for my occasional sweet tooth!

I come every Saturday night after a 12 hour shift to get my cheat meal for the week which is Cinnabon and today I came straight from work and at 8:50 the staff had already closed down and told me they were closed. Again, I come every week at the same time and have never had this problem I was very disappointed I wait all week for this.

They are busy as heck, and only baking one tray of classic buns at a time, I was told ten minutes, was not told to pay or have my name on a list, the cashier was extremely rude, now I have to wait another 15 minutes, totally unprofessional service, will find something else infuture

Carlos is soooo friendly and makes AMAZING recommendations!! He told my mom she should try the Turtle mini cinnamon rolls. She enjoyed them soooo mich we came back today to get more. Carlos helped us again. So friendly, fast & efficient. AWESOME customer service!!

The reason my experience was so good is thanks to a gentleman named Carlos. I don’t know if he’s general manager or under appreciated employee but home boy understood the assignment.I came up to him with some confusion about Birthday Cinnabon and to see if he could make me a modified coffee. Immediately he jumped to it, hearing me, and reassuring me he’d do the best he could.He got me both my Cinnabon and the custom coffee, letting me know that if I didn’t like it, he would remake it. It was perfect.Thanks Carlos, you’re a G.
