“There was easily space for me at the bar when I arrived around 8pm on a Thursday night. I was pleased they could still accommodate my food order. The margarita was delicious, as was the Wedge Salad. For main, I ordered a special: purple cauliflower steak with Chimichurri sauce and buttery delicious vegetables. Great for special occasions, as it's definitely on the pricey end for Tuscon -- but 100% worth it.“

“Been traveling all week so I was looking for something fresh and this place did not disappoint! The server was super sweet, my cocktail (gulf water) was on point, and the food was superb. I had the chicken club salad with ranch - I'm a Midwestern girl and this ranch is legit - followed by a layered banana pudding that sent me straight to heaven. The Executive Chef, Gabriel, brought each dish out personally so we got to have some good conversation. His passion for creating each dish was so clear, I really had no choice but to enjoy every single bite. 12/10. Would recommend.“

“One of the best dives in town, come on in the waters fine! 🍻 great food trucks always outside. Gets busy on weekend with college kids, during the week alot of the service industry scoots on over for their own relief. Lots of friendly faces and a good pour if you're kind to the tender. They have pool, games and a reading nook. I may be biased tho its one of my favorites by far! Hope to see you there!!“

“I love Westbound, it is my favorite hangout in Tucson, with a great beer selection and fantastic draft cocktails. The great news is that they are open for to go/pick up during social distancing! “So the wait was about 30 minutes. The seating hostess was super nice so that always helps with long wait time. Aesthetically pleasing environment. The food was plated beautifully but sadly lacked flavor. Birria taco meat was a bit hard to chew. And my husband said his plate was so so. It was hard to eat since the table was small & our server did not clear any dishes between appetizers and main entrees. We thought it was overpriced but glad we tried something new while visiting Tucson.“

“Finally tried Mojo, and it did not disappoint! Food, drink, and service were wonderful. I grew up on the east coast and have missed Cuban food; so happy to have a spot here in Tucson! I love that there were several sampler options so I could try a variety of dishes on my first visit: rum flight (silver), Plato Mixto, and Taste of Havana were all delicious. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu. Shout out to our server who was welcoming and attentive!“

“Great tap room woth great staff. Place draws a nice crowd too. I'm always excited to see what they have either on tap or in the cooler. Great selection typically in both and the bottle shop. Nice place for a casual date, a drink with the boys, or for a solo adventure. Alan is particularly great if you catch him. Very knowledgeable on all the goods in the bottle shop and a beer enthusiast himself, so always ready with a good recommendation if your stuck on which of their taps to get. Welcoming to outside food but also some nice salty snacks available.“

“Came here for a lunch date. I personally am very picky when it comes to sushi. Let me say, this is the best sushi I’ve had since living on the coast. I had a Vegas Roll (pictured below). It was insanely delicious. The staff is incredible as well! Very chill and friendly! Nate and Lydia made us feel at home! As a previous server, they exceeded my expectations! Will definitely make this a regular go-to place whenever I come to town!“

“Tio Ben’s is such a great place! It is our favorite Mexican restaurant on the northside. We love it when Mike is there on Sundays playing his guitar and singing for us. Uncle Ben is so kind, always asking and checking to make sure everything is OK and if we need anything, we never feel rushed, and you get your moneys worth.!!🫶🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 oh yeah, and he is the most kid friendly ever!! He happens to have a large family himself and I think this makes him especially understanding of families with little ones. We so appreciate this!“

The service is generally decent unless you’re trying to get into prohibition. I wish they had more accurate wait times. My partner and I waited for 30-40 mins because they said we could get in within a “timely manner”

The soft pretzel is amazing and the mole’s nice and spicy. Otherwise, the food is ok. It’s pretty heavy and salty so it’s good drunk food but seems like a very different vibe from their drinks. I only come back for drinks now.“

“My uncle and aunt took us to dinner at Mariscos Chihuahua while we were visiting in Tucson. The food was absolutely AMAZING! So fresh and perfectly seasoned! My husband I split the Pulpo Marinero, while my uncle and aunt shared the Camerones Culichi. We all loved our food. Great drinks, fun atmosphere, and outstanding service! You have to go see them!! “Went for Valentine's Day for both my date and I's first time at Bata. Super friendly service from the start and my server (Chloe I believe) was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The lemon tartlets were our favorite! Great experience in a cool and refreshing environment that isn't offered much in Tucson. Great job - would recommend 10/10.“

PS After we finished my Birthday dinner, I played Billy Joel's song "Scene from an Italian Restaurant" while awaiting the Check. And the red and white checkered table cloths are a Great touch. The fries were really good, beer battered and spiral shaped with a delicious unique seasoning. The waitress was also accommodating to my onion and spinach allergy.“
