I had a truly terrible experience at this coffee shop, primarily due to the owner, Jonathan. Our school often visits to support local businesses, but I will not be returning.

Today, my son’s class went, and as I stepped out of my car, Jonathan started yelling at me about the "no outside drinks" policy. I acknowledged him, but he continued to shout, making a scene in front of everyone. It was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional, especially as I was holding my baby.

Despite my intention to order, I felt so shaken that I asked my son to take the drink back to the car. Jonathan never apologized or showed any concern for how he treated me. His demeanor was aggressive and unfriendly, which made the experience even worse.

I love supporting local businesses, but I can't support one that treats customers this way. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

Wow didn't even leave before I had to write a review and let me say wow what an experience food was amazing the fresh ingredients made it feel like a home style breakfast the service was perfection 0 complaints here if you want to kick your fast food coffee to the curb the X Change is the place to go.

Dishonest pricing and poor customer service. Check your receipts.
Ordered a large Mexican Mocha listed at $6.95. After receiving my order and receipt at the drive through, I noticed an erroneous $7.75 charge - this is the listed x-large price. I walked inside and inquired about the price discrepancy. The first cashier attempted to pull up my transaction and issue a price difference refund of $0.80, however was unable to. She called for assistance and the 2nd young lady informed me the price for my large drink was $7.75 and that both the large and x-large drinks use the same size cup and cost the same. Furthermore, that the menus have not yet been updated.
I informed her that their pricing is not honest or transparent.

Recommend management update their drive through and inside menus to reflect actual cost, or instruct their cashiers how to issue refunds.

Lastly, my Mexican Mocha was weak on the cayenne pepper ? , but that's a story for a chili day.

Coffee was good but waaaay too expensive.

CREEPY manager. Making this review on a male friends account to remain anonymous for safety. After my experience, I read other reviews and realized it’s not just me. This guys is creepy and I feel for the young women who work for him. Inappropriate, erratic, entitled vibe. He made me and another female friend super uncomfortable. Learn how to be respectful. In addition, I witnessed another woman (possibly owner or manager) behind the counter, (bigger build, big dark curly hair) calling an employee STUPID. She was huffing and puffing while teaching this employee how to do something. Seems toxic. Not something I was to see when enjoying coffee with a friend.

I use to love going here but the past few times I've paid for coffee that was basically milk. Was passing by today thought I'd give it a try again and nope. Two cups of extremely hot milk, no espresso in it. For the wait and the price you expect better.

I'm not one to harbor on the past but honesr is important. I have been to this coffee shop multiple time and have walked in sat down and dome some work. On one occassi on i have been the only person in the coffee shop. During my visit no one has every approached me for anything. A coffee shop is ment to host people and when they are in the mood they have the convenience to order drinks and food at their will. However, this time a man approached me asking if I found anythi g on the menu and I respond no, because I will be leaving soon. Apparently, that was not the answer he like. And the rude attitude began. I stated that the way he is speaking to me was impolite but he said it wasn't. He said i didnt look up at him when speaking. Well the fact is people who are on the spectrum do not always look people inthe face it is difficult. Instead of just stating hos purposes he asked if i knew what a business is for. Passive aggressiveness and said he didnt want to agure and walked a walk but keep giving me rude looks. He then countined to ask me if I knew what a business is for. Don't waste your time at this place. The management is rude, inconsiderate and obnoxious. If you want horrible service and rude wait staff then come to this place. There was no apology for speaking rudely or even addressing the fact the his tone was rude. If people like him don't know how to talk to people don't work in customer service. Additionally , if you never come across people on the spectrum learn how to communicate. He never one mention the reason gor his attitude and only want to insult me for being there. This is a coffee shop which people should sit freely. If the place wants to be seen as something else change the name.

Spent 30$ on two double lattes and two hot chocolates (all small size) and one eclair. The lattes and hot cocoa tasted disgusting those kids have absolutely no clue how to pull espresso shots or steam milk, the hot cocoa tasted like old milk. Legit left our full drinks on the table and left. Never again.
