Spring salad series! Tried the Chinese chicken and it slapped! Cold salad topped with some warm sesame chicken breast! Not too big or little of a serving. Affordable pricing. Lotsss of options. The staff were super sweet and gave me excellent recs. This place is huge! The have plenty of sitting as well as a patio and bistro for private parties. Will Def be back! Also....they have a drive thru!!!!!

Fast service. Excellent coffee and many food choices to! We had the iced caramel macchiato and an Xtreme mocha frap. Both were fantastic.

I feel bad for whoever works here, the people who own this place are not good people. Can't help but say the reason they had tons of locations close all their doors down to only one left is their karma! Last I heard two people tried to go in there and even though the guy paid for something, they also made the girl (who was with him and a part of that table) pay for something or they were kicking her out. And even worse they can't do their own dirty work and make their staff uncomfortable by forcing them to do carry out their ridiculous demands. Also extremely sexist work environment and favoritism towards male employees. Go anywhere else for a cafe, so many places are better! Food is also not very high quality and most of their food such as the soup can be purchased from a grocery store (it's progresso!)

I went here for the first time and was really happy with all the coffee options. I gravitate towards brown sugar and oat milk, so I decided to try the Cinnamon Oat Crunch and it was absolutely delicious! I love when you can taste both the coffee and the flavoring. Highly recommend

Tucson’s friendliest coffee shop? Not at all. Went there with a few coworkers and not all of us ordered something. On the way out the owner was very rude and aggressive and asked me not to come back stating it was a business not a library. I didn’t realize there was a requirement for everyone to order something. Had he approached me nicely and requested I do so I would have. My friend really likes it there but I just wasn’t feeling up to food or drink. Needless to say he lost our business for sure. The most negative encounter I have ever had at a Tucson local business.Haha. We were there for 2 hours and there were plenty of extra tables. It was the way you talked to us not your rules. You were aggressive and unkind. It’s ok though there are plenty of coffee shops in Tucson that don’t require every person to order something.And btw I am the person you talked to. You shouldn’t make assumptions about people’s names.

Horrible! They are using something that is not matcha green tea powder and trying to pass it off as matcha. I have never seen a matcha latte that is not green. When I complained that there was not enough matcha in the drink, she did not remake the drink, but simply added another scoop of the imitation matcha and stirred it up and handed it back to me. Needless to say, I will not be back!

I usually go through the drive-thru, my go tos ares the breakfast burrito with sausage (big, lots of veggies, good salsa), and a large Caramel macchiato (extra espresso). Coffee is always good and I love the variety. The Xtremes are great options as well, especially when you want a cold, blended coffee drink. This shop is on my way to work and is convenient as well. The food portions a large for a "coffee shop." Think typical diner experience. Other recommendations: Cowbot omelet, John Denver omelet, and the green chili biscuit. Also like the Mexican Mocha but truly there are so many options that you'll easily find something you like.
This place is a hidden gem. I just hosted a small party at Coffee Exhange and the food, service and party room were excellent!!! A big thank you to Jonathan and his staff!
