Amazing as always!

They made me the wrong size and shoved it all into a smaller cup which made a huge mess and some how only gave me only melted ice cream and frozen fruit. I had soup and frozen fruit. Not even 10 mins after I got home form a 5 min drive, had to take out if cup cause it was spilling out before I even opened it

Horrible experience. I think the ice cream was gross and had NO FLAVOR. If you want good ice cream I recommend going to your nearest Circle K and getting Ben & Jerry’s. If you want something fresh- go to Pinkberry or something. This location was good I don’t know what happened.

We came in around 3 and there was only one girl working, we had to wait a bit for our Grubhub order because there was a long line of people but she served them all with a smile on her face and was super friendly the whole time! It was a great experience.

My most favorite thing about the ice cream is the texture. It also does have a good taste.What I did not like is that when I ordered a cookie dough ice cream it only came with vanilla ice cream. To get cookie dough you have to pay more money for a side. It should come on with cookie dough if ordered cookie dough.

The ice cream was mediocre.
We ordered two signature creations and it was just ice cream. We kept digging looking for the mix ins and nowhere to be found. Find a different location.

No banana splits. Waffle bowl was stale and chewy from sitting in the moist air. Probably from Two days earlier when it rained. Moist waffle bowls aren't edible! Comparison.... Leather! ?

Wrong ice cream. In two separate cups inside each other. Horrible packaging and service. Don’t waste your money.

The ice cream I was served was melted an laughably awful. Kinda missed the 'COLD STONE' part there eh buddy?

Always out of everything.
This Cold Stone used to be good, I don't know what happened. For the last year or so. It seems like it's always out of waffle cones and waffle cups and other random things. It also never seems to be clean From the tables to the windows. Maybe different management or it's going under or something? Who knows.

Went in early afternoon. Their machines are not to temp. It's not even 95° yet. Wet melted ice cream in the case. Filthy, cluttered "cold station". Rude staff refused water cups and samples. Staff insisted on tips. We were only people there. Never seen A CHILD so rudely treated at an ice cream shop by staff. They need to shut his place down. Avoid this like the plague.

What a disaster. Front service personnel was not having a good time and refused to mix my ice cream as their name would imply. Overcharged us, apparently for the hair in my wife's ice cream. Interior could use a good decontamination. Returned both products.

Sorry to say this place has gone downhill. The ice cream was so melted it couldn’t be served in a cone. Two kids cones cost almost 20 dollars and one of them was more expensive why? Because my daughter asked for two scoops - but her amount looked identical to her brothers and was two dollars more. It’s become super expensive, small portions, and not very good. Needs to shut down or get a total renovation.

The ice cream was so soft they couldn't put it in a cone.Don't take the lid off the shake as it will spill.
