Service is as you expect from a chain Ice cream store. I’ve heard some interesting rumors about the owner regarding failure to pay wages though, apparently technically failed a couple corporate inspections, local corporate representative apparently doesn’t care enough to keep them on track.. disappointing to hear as this was my favorite spot in the mall..

I don't know why the recent reviews are so harsh, because this is one of the best Cold Stones I've ever been in. The bathroom is always really clean and smells good, the table tops are usually very clean and the staff are always kind and patient. My one critique is that there are sprinkles on the floor here and there but it's not grubby in here by any stretch of the imagination. I recommend going here if you're in the mood for ice cream over some other places, it's definitely more worth it than Baskin Robins or some other pricier options.

Visited the Broadway location tonight and was greatly disappointed. Arrived at this tiny shop, no other customers were there. When we entered we were not greeted, smiled at or acknowledged other than a brief glance by one of the workers as she stood around waiting… I suppose for us to say something to her. I said hello and said what I wanted. The next thing we ordered was a shake but the machine was not working. After we received our order we sat at one of the two tables in the tiny shop. The first one was filthy. Old crusty ice cream was glued to it. So we got up and moved to the other one. But it had old crusty ice cream on it too. So we went to sit at the table outside. The ice cream itself was disappointing because it had ice crystals on it and tasted old. Blah. With the price of a medium well over $16 for two mediums, poor customer service and not being able to sit inside on a wet night - what’s the incentive to return? Going out for ice is supposed to be a treat. We will not be coming here again. Yuck.

Great experience today at this Cold Stone location. Marce was friendly, kind and patient as my daughter and I took a long time choosing our flavors. Truly appreciated his attitude and customer service.

Walked in and walked out wanted a large cheesecake and the lady dropped the ice cream and told us they had none left in the back very upset cause we waited a minute to even go into the store

Delicious and huge ‘like it’ ice cream as always, the toppings tasted fresh and the service was super quick and helpful. There was a smell coming out of the bathroom.

Best thing about this place is atmosphere. $13 for an ice cream the young teenage guy messed up twice on after asking twice while being on his phone behind the counter after his friend had left him. (Was a chocolate ice cream w 2 toppings..) also, by the time he finished abusing his "creation" it was literally soft serve ice cream... thanks for showing me again why I never hire teenagers in my line of work. Won't be back, ever.. and I'll make sure to keep sending people to Frost instead.

Got an ice cream cake from here and didn’t realize till I got it home that it was covered in feeezer burn / ice crystals and there was liquid just swishing around in the tray trough. Stuff was smeared all over the cake plate. Kinda nasty for $48
Sent a comment to them directly but got no reply.

They are not currently taking gift cards or honoring their rewards program. Several of the ice cream options were running too low to fill an everybody loves it - it wasn’t even late at night.

I really like the girl with black hair’s demeanor. She was easy to talk to and very polite.

Took the kids to get some ice cream, the lady working was super nice and out up with my demanding kids lol. But they had everything in stock and i had no isses. Ice cream was nice and cold/frozen and i didnt make it 5 minutes into the car before it was gone. Great staff and ice cream.

Made online order at 530pm and at 630pm wasn't even started. Employee Yesenia offered nothing to appease the situation and was very rude. Still was taking other orders before even starting our order that we placed over an hour ago
