As to this reviewers post....I was in line at the store that day. She asked for a cookie dough ice cream. The gal serving her asked if she wanted anything mixed in with her cookie dough ice cream. She said no. The gal put it in a cone and handed it to her upon which she said that wasn't what she ordered. The worker asked her what she wanted.. she pointed to the sign with the signature 'cookie doughn't you want some'....not sure why she didn't specify that before. The worker remade her ice cream and only charged her the correct one.... I guess rude customers is what poor teen workers get on the 4th of July. I ordered the coffee lovers and it was perfect like always. I found the workers to be festive and kind!

Very rude teenage girls, that put in minimal effort to make ice cream .....gave me just plain ice cream with nothing in it... for 10 bucks... . it was supposed to be cookie dough. Really sucks.... I used to love Cold Stone.

2nd time we have purchased the 64oz tub, the sever was rude didn't mix the addition well and left voids in the container. Expect better service for the price. Store #21816

Ice cream is half melted. Was drinking a shake instead of ice cream

RUDE girls on prom night. they got two orders wrong and rolled their eyes at us. next time we will go to FROST. They have better service and gelato is way better than ice cream!

Absolutely unacceptable to let a line of people wait while one person makes mobile orders and the other three do nothing to take care of the long line of people waiting.

Very poor service. The girl that served me was low key rude. She tells me that there are no plain waffle cups available as if I can’t see a bunch of them behind her. When I pointed it out she had a snarky attitude. The ice cream was decent but it’s poorly ran

Adding a topping is $1.80ish EACH and they gave me one Reese's cup and two pretzels. That seems overly priced. Great selection and taste of ice cream though.

Hands down the greatest ice cream I have ever eaten in my life. When I finished it I cried in my car for an hour because I missed the ice cream I had just devoured. My server was a GOAT and made the ice cream to perfection, it was truly a sight to see. If you want to have the best ice cream of your life made by the greatest hands on this planet COME TO THIS COLD STONES.

Not sure how these employees still have jobs. I experienced the same thing as many people in these reviews. Tried taking my sons here this evening for my son’s birthday and there was no one at the counter and a bunch of girls were obnoxiously laughing in the back. I also watched one girl walk out from the back and take an ice cream Into the bathroom and leave it there, a little girl she seemed to know, walked into the bathroom to eat it while her mom waited outside the door. Assuming it was so she could give them a free cone without being caught on the cameras. As she did this and saw us standing at the counter, she said nothing to greet us. She went right back into the back and was laughing with however many girls were back there. We waited for a long time before ultimately deciding to go elsewhere. Never spending my money here again.

I hate coming to this location because the young employees always hide in back and I end up waiting at least 5 min or more to even have my order taken. Tonight I went in and there were no employees in the store and 5 min later all 3 employees walked in together laughing and joking around.

Wish I could get an order in. I have come in twice now as the second in line and each time the wait is unacceptable. All I want is a nondairy Silk dessert, but I’ll go elsewhere.

We had a horrible experience at this location last night. My husband and I and our four kids walked in at 10:45. The staff was helping a couple who were there before us for almost the full 15 minutes before closing. When it was our turn, they told us it was already time to close and that we had to leave. We told them we had been in line for fifteen minutes and why didn’t they say anything before? The young woman attending us said it was too late. Then they all disappeared in the back for a while. When they returned, the same woman told us very rudely to leave. I told her she was being rude and asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager. When I told her she shouldn’t treat customers this way, especially in front of kids, she irrationally yelled, “So do you want me to quit?” I didn’t even know what to think about this outburst, and then a guy or her boyfriend, who I don’t think even works there but was behind the counter, started yelling and insulting us and telling us to leave. She put her hand on his stomach to calm him down. We started getting scared. At this point, another worker, who said she was new there, stepped in and said she was sorry we witnessed that and said we should not have been treated this way. She immediately began making our ice creams—but it was too late. My daughter was upset for hours afterwards. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this was a fairly traumatic experience, when all we wanted was ice cream. Truly ridiculous and frightening. It made us very sad and scared.
