As to this reviewers post....I was in line at the store that day. She asked for a cookie dough ice cream. The gal serving her asked if she wanted anything mixed in with her cookie dough ice cream. She said no. The gal put it in a cone and handed it to her upon which she said that wasn't what she ordered. The worker asked her what she wanted.. she pointed to the sign with the signature 'cookie doughn't you want some'....not sure why she didn't specify that...

Hands down the greatest ice cream I have ever eaten in my life. When I finished it I cried in my car for an hour because I missed the ice cream I had just devoured. My server was a GOAT and made the ice cream to perfection, it was truly a sight to see. If you want to have the best ice cream of your life made by the greatest hands on this planet COME TO THIS COLD STONES.

Kudos to the 2 young ladies working on the night of March 16th (a Saturday). They were the only ones there with non stop walk in customers and multiple online orders needing to be filled. They did a great job under pressure. We waited at least an hour. No biggie.
The thing that pissed me off was after we were waiting so long, another employee, a young man, comes in and finally gets to work. He scooped one order then had the nerve to complain to the young ladies working...
