Very disappointed. When you sign up for the app you're supposed to get a BOGO coupon and then a free ice cream on your birthday. I got the BOGO coupon in my app but when I went to use it less than a week later it was gone and replaced by a $5 off cake offer. They're teeny tiny cakes are almost $50 so $5 off isn't much. And as for the free ice cream instead I got $5 off. Their ice creams are nearly $10 so I didn't even get a free one. I ended up walking out because I'm disappointed. They shouldn't even bother advertising this stuff if they're not going to hold to it
When it’s open it’s great, but try going their 10 minutes before posted closing time and they are all ready closed half of the time

Fantastic product line, but the level of customer service is the real star at this establishment.

We ordered 2 ice cream cones and my peach sorbet was too soft, it was placed in a cup when it was served. Could not eat half the cone because the paper wrapped around it would not come off. The place smelled nasty and dirty. I will not be going there again!!! $12 for 2 one scoop cones!!

Horrible customer service. I asked for an ice cream and the person started to attend another person behind me. I couldn’t eat the ice cream with my daughter because the delayed (it took a long time to help the other customer), then my daughter. The ice cream was fatty too.

My wife and I stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery on Tanque Verde today for two ice cream cones. I paid over $12 for two basic ice cream cones and the portions were small, and the flavors were avarage at best .The cones were not waffer cones but the average run of the mill sugar cones. I could have gone to the grocery store in the same plaza and purchased a half gallon of a name brand ice cream and returned home with change. I am all for supporting the small, local businesses but the quality/quanity of the product I received did not match the price.

Horrible customer service. Walked it no greeting or anything. 4 girls behind the counter and no one came up to me to see if I was ready or anything. Waiting 5 mins before asking if I was ready.

Cold Stone is always a good coffee for ice cream. They have a lot of flavors and some really delicious ice cream cakes. I highly recommend getting the signature Coffee Lovers Only!
Parking: This Cold Stone is in a plaza with a lot of free parking.

Cold Stone seems kinda mediocre in Tucson. If I change my mind I'll update this.

Bizarre experience. Stopped by a couple of weeks ago. Store closed. A/C out. Stopped by again today. Store closed. Yellow sticky in the window said “went to the bathroom.” Waited. Nobody returned. Guess that’s it for Cold Stone! Baskin Robbins, here we are.
I forgot to take pictures before we started, but they were beautiful! Reese's Peanut Butter Perfection and Mini Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip: both delicious!!
grandkids loved it!!!
