Bizarre experience. Stopped by a couple of weeks ago. Store closed. A/C out. Stopped by again today. Store closed. Yellow sticky in the window said “went to the bathroom.” Waited. Nobody returned. Guess that’s it for Cold Stone! Baskin Robbins, here we are.

This place is amazing! There are so many different choices! The staff was very welcoming & got our orders perfectly correct. The tables were clean. Everyone there was happily eating their dessert treat that they had ordered. There was young, old, families, young people.

Cold stone is great, but the location on tanque verde has horrible customer service. If you want a waffle cone, you need to specify you want an actual cone. Otherwise, they'll just give you a waffle bowl. I asked about the waffle cone I had ordered and one girl said they didn't have any anymore, but then another girl came out and said that if I had ordered a larger size they could've sold me a waffle cone... I suggested that for future they should announce what is available or ask about a larger size, etc, instead of simply guessing what they think the customer would like. They stared at me blankly so I'm guessing they didn't understand that concept. Buyer beware! The waffle bowl falls apart as you eat, resulting in cone falling and ice cream pouring out the top onto the table. What a mess.

Friendly staff, but the last time I ordered a gotta have it to go the cup was not filled all the way. I wish I took a picture of it, the lids are designed to fit the ice cream, but it wasn't even beyond the height of the cup. I prefer going to the Coldstone on Speedway and Campbell, or the location off of Oracle and Wetmore.

My mother ordered a Oreo ice cream cake for a birthday but they seemed to forget the ice cream and the Oreos. She called to complain since the cake was $50.00 and we didn’t get what we ordered. the little girl working starts to argue… How ridiculous !!! Sabino canyon location

Did an online pickup order. The pickup time was 20 min after order was placed. Arrived just a few min early, order was ready. I live a mile away and ice cream was melted and they gave 2 incorrect sizes on a 5 ice cream order.

Came here for a school fundraiser, totally forgot how wonderful this place was over the years. We will be return customers due to the support of the community, schools and wonderful ice cream flavors with mix ins!!!
