Horrible costumer service. Couldn’t even make my order right and when I went back in to get it fixed the girl that originally made it laughed when I said it was wrong then took my cup of ice cream and just added a scoop of a random flavor I didn’t ask for. She was extremely rude and when her coworker asked why she did that she said that I didn’t specify what I wanted when I did. She was a mixed African American and her attitude was off from the very beginning. Management needs to teach their employees costumer service skills because it’s embarrassing if that’s what they want representing their company.

Absolutely disappointed with this location. Whoever is managing it is not doing there job. They forgot to update their holiday hours to show that they closed an hour early tonight. I had checked their store on Google and it showed their location would be open tonight. I drove 25mins to get to this place just for an employee to point at a tiny paper on the window saying they would close early tonight. Not keeping up with the correct info is super rude and inconsiderate. I will not be going to this location again.

I came to pick up a door dash order Dec 5th 2024 8 o'clock p.m and the order was not even started. The 2 girls were dancing in the back before even realizing the ticket printed

Ordered online. It said 17 minute wait. Got here and order was still not ready. When I walked in the two girls were chilling in the back. I asked if the order is ready, they hadn’t even picked up the ticket from the printer. They had no idea there was an order because they were messing around in the back and don’t tell me they did because they didn’t. I was in the front when I placed my order and waited my 17 mins inside my car there too and the entire time there was no one in the front. I got out of the car, walked in and that’s when I saw they didn’t even have the order ready cause they weren’t even working. When you pay $26 for two ice creams you expect way better service than this. First time and last time being here. Never again.

It was delicious! My daughter and I went for a small ice cream, the “like it” size which was just the right amount. She got classic chocolate with Oreos, snickers and sprinkles and she was happy with her choice. I got the cherry vanilla ice cream with peanuts and Oreos and it was freaking delicious!!! The staff was attentive and friendly.

Me and my boys walked in no customers. Saw 1 worker the other girl ran out from back .. saw us and went back to the hole she crawled out of I asked Julianne a question about the cake sooooo rude she told me to read the front. If I had my glasses I would have. Never going back my boys like ice cream cakes would rather go to Dairy Queen they r so nice and willing to help than workers at cold stone. F on service .. F on atmosphere F on ur food not even worth it.

Came to get ice cream and the customer service was horrible. The two girls working today 6/10 at 3pm did not smile or greet you. While eating our ice cream another lady came in and she waited for someone to help her for more than 5 minutes. Once again no greeting and the girls working there had looks on their faces as if anyone who came in were bothering them. After we were done with our ice cream and we were leaving there was no thank you or have a good day. Horrible customer service.

After tonight’s experience I will NEVER return to this location again. KATELEEN P is very rude and unprofessional. I brought 2 toddlers in and all she did was rush me. I told her to give me a second while I helped my other toddler and she was rolling her eyes and smacking her lips and kept repeating “WHAT TOPPINGS” I ended up telling her no toppings because of her FUNKY attitude. If she wanted to argue with someone then she should be in law school, not working at Cold Stone. If you don’t like your job, find another one. Simple. she charged me 2 different prices for the same kids ice cream, NO TOPPINGS.

Anyone who wants to work here please don’t, although minimum wage is 14.35 employees get paid 11.00 and there are roaches everywhere all over waffle cones some even in the ice cream the management is horrible. highschoolers work there and have problems taking days off, and all of these reviews say there are roaches everywhere and nobody has fixed the problem, there is an employee that is under 14, nothing looks sanitary, and the management doesn’t do anything but force CHILDREN to clean and do their jobs for them, this business is a joke and I don’t understand how they are still open, not only is there no food safety but if you ask me there’s also child labor involved. Please corporate do something because it’s disgusting to run a business and have all these things going wrong and yet no solution.
