Ordered ice cream cake on website 2 hours before pick up. Once at location was told even though we ordered and paid ahead for a specific cake they didn’t have it and had to pick something else. Employee was rude and not apologetic at all.

Went here for the first time. I wont be back. Rude service, dirty inside, smelled like a farm. Ice cream was not very good, and I asked to have chocolate chip cookie dough, basically got vanilla ice cream. Do better!

I just order from here and got the biggest size with cake batter ice cream, Reese cups and oreo cookie and they literally put in 1 Reese cup and 1 oreo cookie. (Not even broken up) so have pretty much ha ve ice cream with 2 pieces. Last time I ordered. They broke up the toppings and mixed it in and was more than just 1 piece of each item.... big let down.

I've applied at cold stone and Ive called, walked in and I haven't got an answer back . The coworkers there all said the mangers come in the morning I called in the morning for a week and nothing yet very poor management . Its like the manger doesn't even work there SMH

I went with my Family on Monday evening, one of the 2 younger girls had a horrible demeanor. She gave a really hard impression that she was really unhappy with any request or just being at work in general.

Horrible costumer service. Couldn’t even make my order right and when I went back in to get it fixed the girl that originally made it laughed when I said it was wrong then took my cup of ice cream and just added a scoop of a random flavor I didn’t ask for. She was extremely rude and when her coworker asked why she did that she said that I didn’t specify what I wanted when I did. She was a mixed African American and her attitude was off from the very beginning. Management needs to teach their employees costumer service skills because it’s embarrassing if that’s what they want representing their company.

Absolutely disappointed with this location. Whoever is managing it is not doing there job. They forgot to update their holiday hours to show that they closed an hour early tonight. I had checked their store on Google and it showed their location would be open tonight. I drove 25mins to get to this place just for an employee to point at a tiny paper on the window saying they would close early tonight. Not keeping up with the correct info is super rude and inconsiderate. I will not be going to this location again.

Ordered online. It said 17 minute wait. Got here and order was still not ready. When I walked in the two girls were chilling in the back. I asked if the order is ready, they hadn’t even picked up the ticket from the printer. They had no idea there was an order because they were messing around in the back and don’t tell me they did because they didn’t. I was in the front when I placed my order and waited my 17 mins inside my car there too and the entire time there was no one in the front. I got out of the car, walked in and that’s when I saw they didn’t even have the order ready cause they weren’t even working. When you pay $26 for two ice creams you expect way better service than this. First time and last time being here. Never again.

It was delicious! My daughter and I went for a small ice cream, the “like it” size which was just the right amount. She got classic chocolate with Oreos, snickers and sprinkles and she was happy with her choice. I got the cherry vanilla ice cream with peanuts and Oreos and it was freaking delicious!!! The staff was attentive and friendly.
